Unfortunately, we’ve experienced repeated issues here over multiple visits—incorrect orders, missing items, and consistent staff-related problems. Each visit seems to come with a different issue, and it’s always related to service rather than the food itself.
Today was the point where we felt compelled to leave a review, as there appears to be no clear way to contact the franchise owner or management above the store level to file a formal complaint. Either the franchise owner is unaware of what’s happening at this location, or there is a lack of accountability in hiring and training.
Notably, many of the reviews here echo the same concerns about staff, which suggests this is an ongoing issue rather than an isolated experience. We truly hope this feedback reaches the appropriate level so improvements can be made

This is the worst panera bread in the county. EVERY SINGLE TIME they manage to screw up the order. Missing entire meals, missing part of meals, missing sides, wrong items. They never check to ensure the order is correct. If you order from a delivery service you will likely not have enough food for everyone to eat because they’ll leave entire items out. If they’re out of something they don’t call you to notify you or even try to substitute it for something similar. They just don’t include it and they don’t refund your money either unless you notice and ask for a refund while you’re in the store. How hard is it to train employees to check that the order is complete?

For so much money you'd think they'd fill the bowl!! No wonder people stopped going, ridiculous! My friend & I asked for butter & the girl acted like I was asking for a million dollars, they gave one each smh

Has a breakfast sandwich with egg Panera which was fair at best. Panera no longer has jelly with their sandwiches 😢 dissatisfied

Very disappointing customer experience! The store had only two other customers. Laurie took my order and I made it very clear that I wanted my sandwich on toast with the toast being made before the sandwich was assembled. I also requested a pickle wedge. She assured me that she had captured my request. When I opened the bag at home, the chicken salad had been toasted in the sandwich. Who cooks a cold sandwich? There was no pickle wedge. Plenty of staff no customers and no stress. Unacceptable execution!

They don't sell white bread anymore. Changed the shape of the bearclaw to round like a cookie instead of like a claw
