The food was OK. The Onion soup was supposed to be in a bread bowl with cheese. There's kindly poorly put together and you have to make it when you get Home. Wasn't cut out very well for the soup and I was just wasn't impressed. I thought it would be better than it was considering who they are probably won't eat there again.

Came on 12/15 for coffees at 830am. Every single pot was empty and they had nothing brewed and ready to go. Had to wait 15 minutes for a dang coffee that was horrible because the kid must have filled it as it was brewing (and much stronger). Waste of time and money.

I dropped into my local panera bread to have a cappuccino. The barista asked me to fill up a coffee cup part way with the coffee of my choice and give it back to her, Then she proceeded to throw some steamed milk on top. This is NOT a Cappuccino! It was just a little luke warm coffee with a steamed milk, and yet I was charged for a cappuccino. This is a good example of people taking absolutely No pride in there work!Incredibly disappointing

Since when is Panera soo crazy expensive? It is absolutely insane to charge as much as they do for such horrible food. This is definitely the worst Panera I have ever been to in my whole life. To start things off, the staff is just rude. You can't ask anything here without getting an attitude back. The place itself was not clean. I came late at night when there was nearly no one here and over half the tables were still messy. Staff was just chitchatting to each other rather than keeping the place clean. I got the Chicken and Pepperoni Mozzarella Melt with the Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice soup. The soup had no flavor to it whatsoever and didn't taste fresh at all. The melt was insanely greasy. While I appreciated that they didn't skimp on the pepperoni, there was actually too much and it overshadowed the flavor of the chicken and mozzarella. It was overall just a mess of a sammich. I felt disgusting after eating only half of it and gave the rest to my friend. When on vacation, I try not to go to places I can visit when I'm home and I wish I had stuck to that rule when coming here. Horrible decision that I will not make again.

From the beginning I thought the employees acted like they didn’t want to be there! Just not friendly!I asked for my everything bagel to be cut in half but when I received it they cut it less than an 1/8 of an inch from the bottom and not all the way through. When I asked if they could recut it they just threw it in with the other bagels and cut another one! A lady standing beside me said I can’t believe they are going to resell it after you had it and tried to recut it yourself!Also they were out of 2 different flavors of coffee and what they had was lukewarm!Just not what I’m used to at a Panera Bread!
This location always has a professional staff to take your order and get it served quickly. Salads are always delicious as well as soups.Parking: Plenty of parking spots in shopping center.

Every time we get food from this location they mess up our order. Last night we gave them another chance, and they put chicken on my green goddess melt (I don't eat meat) and they didn't give us croutons with the french onion soup we ordered. Having spent almost $50 on 2 sandwiches, a soup, and a salad, I would expect better attention and care given to orders. Probably won't go to this location again.

I’ve visited this Panera on a Monday morning at 8 AM. They had only been open a short time. The service was fine and the food was OK. My biggest complaint was the filthiness of the restaurant. It was clear that nobody had cleaned from the night before. The carpet was filled with food and crumbs, as though no one had vacuumed. There’s no way that could’ve accumulated in the two hours since it opened. When I used the female restroom, the toilets were filled with dried poop all around the toilet bowls, and it was obvious that no one cleaned the toilets or the bathroom. There were no paper towels in the bathroom, which means they hadn’t been filled from the night before. Overall it was just disgusting. It was probably one of the dirtiest Panera restaurants I’ve ever sat in.
