I hate to leave a completely poor review, but after my experience tonight the bad outweighs the good. First, we order from this location often enough and have never had any issues. Hence why I hate to leave such a bad review. But tonight I order. There was a deal for an 18" pizza and garlic knots so I opt for that. Half cheese, half pepperoni. The pizza arrives. The delivery lady was nice as they always are, but sadly after she had left I noticed our pizza order was incorrect and I even double checked my order to make sure I didn't mess up. I certainly did not order mushrooms, peppers, onions, and pepperoni on the whole pizza! No biggie, accidents happen. So I called to let them know hoping that maybe she just gave me the wrong box and it could be an easy fix if she was just down the street. Nope. As soon as the guy answers I get "westshore pizza Belleair please hold." But doesn't even put me on hold, just sets the phone down. STILL no issue. I get it, they're probably busy. I can hear him taking someone in the restaurants order. Then after that the phone rings and he answers and starts taking that order. Getting slightly annoyed because I have hungry picky kids, but still waiting patiently thinking he just forgot he put me on hold. After that the phone rings again and he starts taking another order! So I try to say loudly assuming I'm not on any kind of speaker phone that I'm still on hold and nothing.. it's been 5 minutes so I hang up and try back to which they ignored my call! So I try back again to be put on hold this time actually on hold with a little song on the other end for another 6 minutes. I hang up and try back two more time for them to pick up and hang up immediately. My guess is they knew they messed up and didn't want to take accountability? Regardless of the excuse it was extremely unprofessional. I planned on having leftovers for tomorrow, but my kids won't even eat this. Waste of money that is now going to be spent somewhere else tonight and from now on. Do better.

I forgot their prices but I remember thinking how inexpensive the pizza with a drink was. I’d definitely eat there again; their pizza is hot and tastes fresh.

I was looking forward to a yummy dinner. However, half the garlic knots I ordered were burnt, and a Greek salad had potato salad and beets in it. What the heck is that? Definitely not Greek. A traditional Greek salad should have: sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, green bell pepper, red onion, olives, and feta cheese. However, the pizza was pretty good.

Had an order for delivery at 9:04 and expected 9:49 I live 6 min away from there. Pizza never came ordered about 60 bucks wings, poppers exc but not a call for a 86 on something or hey we’re sorry we didn’t get to your order short staffed at least!! Called multiple times around delivery and not response.

Very delicious food ... If you can get it deliveredTried calling to find out where my $44 worth of food is 1 min after 10pm closing time and no one would answer .... Never got my food and had to reverse the charge on my debit card.They would be awesome if they had any type of customer service.

Always a great place for a good pizza and a friendly smile from the staff. Our favorite place to swing by for a beer or glass of wine and catch up with the locals. The new manager, Sarah, has been there for years and treats you like family. Thank you Denise for taking care of your young but hard working staff.

Felt the need to write a good review, per it is so annoying when people take the time out of their day with a negative review in an attempt to hurt a business over something petty. Pizzas are very large and delicious. I also ordered a burger, and whoa! Who would've thought a pizza joint has 10/10 burgers!

Update:The owner responded like every other negative review to email them . I did email them and still have not heard a reply. I hate to see businesses close down but it is usually a result of negligence by the owners.We ordered, for delivery, the spicy Italian pizza and a hoagie. The pizza was supposed to have basil , Italian sausage and pepperoni. We received the pizza and first there was no basil and second only several particles of sausage. The pizza was also covered in hot wing sauce an ingredient not listed in the description nor part of any sort of pizza.. Needless to say, the pizza was inedible. The hoagie had very little meat/cheese. A theft of my money. I would suggest anyone who orders anything from Westshore fully inspect whatever food they are getting.
