Honestly, I only have an issue at this location. I’m not sure it’s because they’re new and everyone is still learning, but hopefully they get their crap together soon. We always order an iced cereal, milk, Matcha, sugar-free and never have any issues. It’s even listed on their menu as a sugar-free option. But when we come here, they tell us they can’t convert it to sugar-free… Any other location they make it with no problem and have no questions. Please get better soon.

Once you pull in, you’re stuck sitting in line so you better know the menu & what you want before you pull in. Deciding you don’t want anything will leave you sitting in line. Coffee was ok. Staff super friendly.

Unfortunately Ive had to change my review, the last few times ive been, they forget something I’ve asked for, cold foam, the milk, or the flavor I asked for and when I try it, it tastes nothing like what its supposed to. Today we ordered the raspberry mocha, we had to ask for them to be made again because it absolutely tasted like nothing, definitely no raspberry. I get it, yall are busy but you want to make sure you’re giving good quality coffee. They were nice about it and changed them right away making them the right way the second time. I dont want to pay $20 for 2 coffees and they dont taste good.

Went today and ordered a mocha chill with extra chocolate and chocolate drizzle. After two people verifying my order there was no drizzle. However, it was probably the best coffee drink I've had in a while. I will definitely return.
I just had the most incredible experience at 7 Brew, and it was all thanks to Hayden and Ryleigh! From the second we pulled up, Hayden brought an energy that could honestly power the whole building. He greeted us with a huge smile, upbeat attitude, and made ordering feel less like a transaction and more like the start of a great day. He was fast, friendly, and somehow made us feel like regulars even though it was just a quick stop. If customer service were a sport, Hayden would be John Daly hammer drunk on the 18th hole, no shoes, absolutely nailing it.
And then came the drinks—crafted by Ryleigh, who clearly has some kind of magic in those hands. Not only were the drinks made lightning fast, but they were absolutely perfect. Every sip tasted like it was made with care, precision, and just a little extra happiness mixed in. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, because the quality was next level. It’s rare to find drinks that look great, taste amazing, and come out that quickly, but Ryleigh nailed it.
Together, Hayden and Ryleigh turned a simple coffee run into a full-on experience. The energy, the friendliness, the speed, and the quality were all off the charts. It felt like they genuinely loved what they were doing, and that positivity was contagious.
If you’re thinking about stopping by 7 Brew, do it—and hope you get Hayden taking your order and Ryleigh making your drinks, because they’re an absolute dream team. Seriously, this was one of the best drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had. 10/10, would go back just for the vibes alone!
