Absolutely disgusting 🫣 😤 😒 😑 just to pick up door dash and watched staff go from making food to using mop back to food on customer order we picked up... there was water everywhere on floor behind where the cooks were and was not busy looks like a dump

Went through the drive threw order 4 burgers 2 light on condiments 2 none and all four no tomatoes and a large frie. The burgers had tomatoes and did not get my large frie. When I asked for it the young lady had attitude and only gave me a 1/2 filled frie box. I feel like it these workers want more money they should take pride in what they do or at least respect the people who visit their place after employment.

I arrived at this establishment, and there were not many people there, there was a couple people in the drive-through, but that was it. I simply waited in line like the other customer in front of me. He ordered, got his food, and I still continued to stand there as the employees ignored me. I waited about 15 minutes before this woman acknowledged that I was standing there. She came over and asked what I would like, and then I proceeded to tell her, and she coughed and walked away, not even finishing my order. Once she came back I finished my order, paid her the money. And went to stand and wait for my food, I watched her as she continued to cough, and she coughed a couple times, and then she reached her hand into the food filled This person‘s order, touched it with her bare hands no gloves after she just proceeded to cough all over them and she put them in the bag and sent them on their way after about five more minutes of standing there she finally gave me my food. She forgot the drink so I had to go back and get it. I am very disappointed with my experience. I do not think that I will Be going to this establishment again it was very unprofessional how she proceeded to cough on her hands without covering her mouth and then proceed to touch food I personally think workers who are sick should be wearing gloves and masks and that is the only way they should work.

So, I wen today to get the SpongeBob meal, it was just starting to get busy like 3 cars in front of me so i get it but, they brought me the wrong order , took long, and then when i was about to leave one of my items was missing. I was so tired of waiting i didnt even go back to claim it. Its always like this every time i go though but i love bk usually so i always try to give it a chance. Please do better so we can enjoy Bk again.
