I don’t get why apply for fast food if you’re just going to be miserable. Went to the window to order and got the window slammed in my face MID ORDERING. so disrespectful. Couldn’t even finish ordering just decided to leave and find a place with more respect for customers.

Really fast service. We didn't have power like many people due to hurricane Milton. So I decided to treat my family to some burgers. We got the burgers with triple meat. They were delicious and BIG. it was a pick up order but when my dad got there the food was ready. Definitely a good experience during a terrible time. Thank you for being open when we most needed it!

Love checkers, do not like Alexa’s attitude. Over asking for mustard. Let’s be grateful for the job we have, & the customers that keep you a job. Mustard is a versatile sauce for almost every item on the menu. Next time I’ll spend my hard earned money & get my baby’s hotdog at sonic. Also, wondering if this is her first job because everyone knows you don’t talk ‘down’ about a customer in front of a customer. (To the other coworker) Much less a child also.

MULTIPLE HAIRS in one burger, missing 2 sandwiches, two bottem buns on my big buford no tomato basically slop between 2 slices of bread. Drive thru experience was horrible directed me to wait at other window for food to be finished waited 15min for half the food. When i called the person who answered asked 5 times to repeat my order and the issues with it and was told i would receive a refund for missing items and to wait for the manager to come to the phone and was hung up on. Absolutely horrible experience with food and service. I give this zero stars and highly caution anyone and everyone from giving them your time or your money. You will get half your food and half of someone's head in the half you do get. I am seriously considering calling the health inspector. It should be shut down! EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK! I will NEVER return again. Very very shameful!

Talked to one of the workers I made an order online and set it for 2 hours in advance and they made it as soon as they got the order I asked her to remake it and she acted like she didn't know English after speaking it to give me the order
I went through here a few days ago and got a bacon cheesburger combo. I ordered an unsweet tea as my drink and ordered a chocolate shake as well for my dessert. I got the food handed to me and then the worker just closed the window and went back to grabassing with the other worker that was present. Her back was turned to the window so I had to pantomime that I still needed my drink and shake to the other worker. The first worker handed me my tea and then closed the window again and went back to grabassing, so I had to get their attention again to get my shake. The food was okay, the shake was very good, but the service needs a lot of work.

Everytime I go to this specific location my food is always fried in old grease and soggy my fries are soggy and my burger is old and soggy. After every experience I try to give them a bit of a break and just think maybe it was this time but it’s every time. I don’t usually leave reviews but this is ridiculous. as bad as I wanted my food I couldn’t stomach it. Really disappointed

Ordered 2 of the 5 for $5 meals and didn't receive the apple pies that are supposed to come with it. Luckily I was still in the parking lot so I went to the window and the girl says "oh we don't have any. It will take 8 minutes to make them." So instead of saying this when we received our order to see if we wanted to wait or receive something else, they just totally eliminated it. I told her I'll wait for it, she gave me a dirty look and told me come back in 8 minutes. If I had gone all the way home, I would have been shorted what I paid for.
