The WORST dominos I've ever been to. They've been having issues for years but tonight sealed the deal, we will never purchase at dominos again, at least THIS ONE.
ordered 2 cheese 3 pepperoni tonight around 415 approximately. Purposefully did carry out because being Halloween, knew it would take longer if it was delivery. We were promised it ready by 5 pm NO LATER. Even states it on the receipt.
I arrive at 458 knowing it might not be quite ready but needed to pay. 3 other people inside waiting and you could tell they'd been there a while.
I purchase the pizza and ask about an approximate time of it being finished. I'm told any minute now.
Fast forward ten minutes, still not done. I ask again. I'm told to look at the screen for an update - it states it's ready. When I mention this, the cashier states it's probably coming out of the oven and should be ready to go soon.
All the while, one female in the back whining and complaining the whole time, cursing loudly. F this, S this etc. At one point even flinging an object down in anger and stating " I'm done with this, I'm leaving I'm going home" and turning an walking off.
520 rolls around and I ask again. I'm told it's almost ready - I've heard in the background comments about missing a cheese and pepperoni pizza and it need to be remade.
I'm barely reigning in my temper at this point.
530- I ask again and received the same stupid answer - it's almost ready.
I reply with no it's not, you're lying to me and I'm over the excuses. I was told my pizzas would be ready at 5 and y'all couldn't hold up your promise. She argued back and I told her to stop giving excuses, I've worked in pizza restaurants before and you don't promise a customer something you have no intention of following through with.
Another customer was complaining about the time and I said yeah I've been here almost 40 minutes and snarky attitude female in the back holds hollers "we can cancel your order if you want" and I replied back "no I'm pretty sure 90% of my order has been sitting on the shelf for the last 20 minutes" and point to it.
A few minutes later one of the guys in the kitchen starts calling out names on orders to see if people are there for pick up. I ask if my order is ready. I get ignored. Another lady asks if either her order or mine is ready and she gets ignored as well.
Fast forward to 545 (45 minutes after said confirmation of 5 pm) and he finally wanders over, asked my name, goes over to the shelf, proceeds to look at my boxes for the next 2 minutes, then said whats the name again. I repeat the name, he brings them over and tells me to check them. Then mutters a crappy apology about it being a little late.

I recently ordered from the Domino’s Pizza in Belleview, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The staff, including the manager, were rude and unhelpful. After placing my order, I was informed that some of my toppings were considered “premium” and I was charged extra—something they conveniently mentioned after I had already ordered. They got their extra money, but that’s the last they’ll get from me.
To make matters worse, the pizza was mediocre at best. Considering how much I paid, the quality was severely lacking. So, if you’re thinking of ordering here, be prepared for bad service, extra charges, and pizza that’s not worth the price. You’ve been warned.

Issue on app where only the coupons available, says there is an error continously to contact store. Contacted store was advise sorry they can take my order, but not honor coupons. Good thing we ordered everything with extra cheese, cause it wouldn't have had none, considering I could see the pizza sauce on the pizza. All these reviews say they dropping the ball, sounds like they need be dropping some employees. Make site down so you don't get to use coupons and then make crappy pizza.

My husband went to pick up his order yesterday, the cashier is racist, when my husband arrived there was a Hispanic man who didn't know English, he put the translator on his phone to the cashier because he wanted to order, the cashier was rude, yelled at him and my husband approached and the cashier said another who doesn't speak English but my husband does know English, he didn't want to say anything to the cashier since she is already an older lady but if she is working there she should help and do her job regardless of the nationality of the clients, unfortunately he did not know the name of the cashier to give her name but it happened yesterday 09/02/24 around 3:30, but paying for food and being discriminated against by a worker is very wrong, I hope there are consequences for the worker and she does not discriminate against customers again.

Made an order for $75 with them as I had previous 2 weeks ago. Few minutes later they called back asking for prepayment. Told them I was paying cash and was on my way. Gentleman said uh ok. And left it at that. Drove up there a different guy said they canceled my order due to non prepayment and that’s been here policy. Weird cause I have a reciept from two weeks ago stating otherwise when I did same order and paid cash.

Ordered 2 large hand toss pizza's. Both were very dry and had little to no sauce. One was thin crusted instead of hand toss. Called the store to address the issue asked for a manager and was told to bring the pizza back and they will remake them. What a joke! This is not how you do customer service. You expect me to inconvenience myself after I already made it back home to feed my family only to discover dry cardboard pizza: To return and burn more gas for you to remake the pizza. This is the 2nd time I experienced poor service at this location on Abshier in Belleview! Oh It gets better..... After I told the guy I wasnt going to drive back up there and I just wasnt going to order from this location again he replied with "Okay, thank you. Have a nice day!" Lol. I get it there are dishonest people out there who try to get over to get free food. I am not one of them. Typically I dont complain I just dont return to the resturant. I like to save my reviews for positive experiences but this was just too unacceptable for me to stay quiet.. Im 100% sure I wasnt speaking with the manager as requested and if so this businesz is in trouble Attn: Leaders. You may want to invest the time to treat your employees right so in turn they will pay it forward and treat customers better. Or hire people who have the personality for customer service. Called the store to address the issue I had with an order. Pizza was Dry and thin crust instead of hand toss. Customer service was horrible. I will not recommend the Dominoes location in Belleview FL.

I ordered for a delivery using the app and was immediately informed that delivery was temporarily not available at my store so I clicked the "got it" and was able to place my order for carry out. I received confirmation that my order was sent to my store and that it was being prepared at 9:52pm. At that time I drove to my Domino's and sat in my truck waiting for my pizzas to finish. At 10:00pm I checked my tracker and read that my order had been cancelled. I walked up to the door where an employee was sweeping the floor and through the door was told they were closed. I said," I ordered pizza, you can't be closed." She again said we didn't have any orders that they are closed. I was not called or informed that my order was cancelled so I'm very frustrated that I drove to my local store and then sat there waiting for my order only to be told that they were closed and my order was cancelled. I will be calling the store during open hours tomorrow for my complaint as well because the fruit clerk has a attitude and would not tell me anything besides they had no order and we're closed. Normally the app won't allow a carry out order to be placed if it's to close to closing time.
