I just ordered from the online service. Immediately the first thing that popped up was a special for two pizzas two toppings. For $6.99 each. The only anomaly to my order was that I chose Philly steak as a topping. The difficult and deceptively priced website would not let me go back and see how much the total was when my wife went to pick it up. She ended up walking out of their paying $30 because she was generous enough to even give them a tip after they almost charged her double the price. I am done with this chain and their deceptive ordering techniques and I will be making my own pizza at home from now on. Deception seems to be the name of the game these days and it's easy to see the Domino's is fallowing suit. But Domino's are made to fall.

I order from this location atleast twice a month now all of a sudden the worker tells me each pack of Parmesan cheese is 50 cent and the special I normally get is online only yea right, like 20$ is not enough for a small (large pizza) I’ll go to five star pizza from now

If I could have left a 0 I would have!The manager Malinda is rude and will not take accountability for her or her crews actions. On multiple occasions we have ordered from this Dominos due to a local school fundraiser and EVERY time they screw it up (how?)Tonight Malinda proceeded to tell Abby not to remake our pizza because it was a free pizza ( which I paid for the promo card for).We were told” it was not on the receipt”, NOT on the receipt of course it’s not on the receipt YOUR staff took the order over the phoneI would like to talk to someone other than the manager and will call Monday

Manager "ABBY" or whatever her name, because she HUNG Up as soon as we asked for her name, she on shift 2/4/24 at 7:34pm she needs costumer service training!! We waited over an hour, when the delivery said 35 min to begin with, just for the delivery person KELLA come all the way here turn around and leave with the food. WE WERE WAITING AT THE GATE!!! The manager had the worst attitude and just said" ok I cancelled the order" And then what ? So we waited over an hour, got the worse service ever, no pizza and not once did she apologize no compensation no nothing. Absolutely disappointed.

This store refuses to do coupons at all, and when you try to order online and add a coupon it says error has occurred. But when you do online orders at another store it adds it no problem. Litterally a 29$ order at this store is 15$ because they will let you add the coupons.

I ordered a pizza for my son and his friend half cheese and half bacon and green pepper. Pizza comes and it’s all bacon and green pepper, I immediately called them back and ask them if they can fix it. They tell me that they’ll be back in 30 or so minutes to pick up the other pizza and give me a new pizza. So does that mean I can’t feed my one kid some pizza while we now we wait over an hour for a pizza that is right that should have been delivered right the first time?So not only can one of them eat, they aren’t discounting or refunding my pizza?I will never order from them again.And I suggest anyone with hungry kids not order from them either

the customer service here is terrible I have been hung up on three times and spoken to as if I was a child and continuously lied to about employees names because they don't want to be reported on well I'm going to report the whole store there employees have no respect for there customers
