Staff is always friendly and am usually able to always get in and out. The most recent issue I had with a drink (and out of the 6 months since we moved here, this is the first we’ve had), Kyle was super sweet and quick to make it right for me. Only Dunkin near me I can trust to get my drinks right.

This is the third time I went there the coffee taste bland the bagel was hard and the hashbrown are always soggy I even asked This last time to please make sure it’s all fresh and still got it and was nasty and I even donated to the charity they have going right now I want be back unless I get donuts if they are even fresh

I’d like to make a request that yall should invest in getting like some sort of security thing that goes over the holes to the drinks when people door dash beverages.
Also, WHY ARE YALL SO SLOW AT EVERYTHING YALL DO. No reason I should put in a mobile order 10-15 minutes in advance and still have to sit in drive thru for over 30 minutes to get my order!!!! CRAZY! I’ve even ordered to go through drive thru and still tried to go inside to pick up my order and I wasn’t greeted, wasn’t asked what I needed, NOTHING. And then when I told the lady I needed a drive thru order she states “well you need to pick up your order from where you choose” why should it matter how I get my order?🙄 ridiculous. Also yall should be embarrassed to actually sell something like this. 🤢

Ordered For a small hot coffee light and sweet and a tosted croissant with cream cheese and jelly they gave me a medium what looked like coffee but tasted light hot water and an toasted croissant but threw the cream cheese in the bag with grassland whipped butter. No jelly no where. The complete order was wrong. Waste of money and time. 😑

At 11:30 am on a Saturday, this location is literally melting down. The line doesn't move, unless it's cars getting out of line to go anywhere else. You also have to check your bags before you leave, because they will always forget to give you something that you paid for.

I got my sugar free vanilla hot coffee. Was told the syrup was sweetened. Got the coffee with no flavor or creamer. Fought a Saturday crowd 3 times and still not good. The pumpkin muffin crumbled completely and really didn't have much flavor. Not a happy camper!
