I just found out that this dunkin' donuts does not make the donuts! They are shipped in. Whatever happened to the real FRESH DONUTS!

Placed an online order waited 35 minutes in the drive thru and still could not get my order. They still charged and refused to refund. Sent a email no response. Absolutely disgusting.

I go there everyday and never had been screamed at and treated so poorly before. I went and ordered $19 worth of stuff they didnât have any of it in stock so I asked for my money back the general manager then decided to scream at me in from of everyone. I then went back this past Saturday to be stared at and laughed at by everyone. You guys lost a loyal customer

Owner of this establishment should be throughly disgusted with themself! They clearly care nothing about quality service or the community theyâre serving. Line is always wrapped around the building, waiting 15 minutes just to be told cash only, what a joke!

America runs on Dunkin, and this Dunkin runs on making quick bucks at the expense of customers who spend their hard earned money just to have rude managers blame u for simple mistakes. Wow. No customer service skills coming from the top of the chain how could they ever lead the young ppl working there

The management makes workers scrape the parking lot drive thru in the mornings. This holds up the line because it takes a good worker away from serving customers. All the workers here are very helpful and friendly and I feel bad for them.

I genuinely wish your coffee wasnât as good as it is, this store messes up more orders than every place ive dealt with put together. There is not a care in the world for quality from this store, and that is reflected in the attitude of your employees. Shame on me for continuing to order here hoping it gets better

Stopped by and the line was wrapped around the building, but what else is new? Finally got to the window, received kind & speedy service by the sweet young lady in the window, I handed her a small tip, but was met with much surprise when she kindly rejected. The young lady said they are no longer allowed to accept tips, although Iâve tipped at this location weeks prior. When I asked her why, she said she wasnât âallowed to talk about itâ and looked nervous at the mention. Which reminded me of something I saw in a Facebook group not too long ago. This event helped me piece the two together, and all I have to say isâŠâŠ really Dunkin? Workers are already working for their stateâs bare minimum and you take even the privilege of a couple bucks tips away from them? Forcing them to stay quiet because others are seeing your shady practices! I wish I couldâve told her not to allow them to silence her, but who am I? I was a loyal customer to this establishment, but now Iâm formally disgusted and disappointed in these allegations. An employer who will steal and punish employeeâs from such little privileges such as tips shouldnât have any employees at all! What a disgusting business practice. Anyway, rant over. I guess Iâll visit ELLIANOS next time!

Manager Tara at this location should be terminated immediately. She is rude, unprofessional, disrespectful to other employees who are clearly children. As I came in to order and watched this behavior I was absolutely appalled. What a disgusting human.

Owner is taking employees tips & converting it into a gift card to random places instead of allowing them to split the cash. How do we know you didnât take a cut for yourself? Employees donât want gift cards, they want the cash. And what the owner is doing is illegal! I am no longer tipping if its not going to the employees.
Note to management Hire more staff
