Have gone 3 times for cold brew, every time it wasn't cold brew. Asked for 2 hazelnut swirl 2 cream and got regular cream every time with reg iced coffee. Mind you, cold brew costs more. Husband went today to get jelly munchkins, didn't have jelly in them at all. I used to work for a Dunkin, this is a management problem with teaching their employees how to correctly make things. Not worth waiting in line for.

Does not deserve respect any stars..... 4-9-19 only 2 employees at store at 10:45 am Terrible service terrible quality, a disservice to both the employees and the customer....wasted my break time in drive thru that never moved.... bad management should not have opened store with not enough employees to operate it... 2 employees cannot run the store with any good being the result ... I blame the management 100% And I had to go elsewhere

This is the worst donut shop ever! They always run out of donuts hours before they close. And how can I have a list of most popular donuts on their drive-through and then never have any available? This has happened at least 10 times within the past four months. I will not be wasting my time and going back.

absolutely the worst dunkin donuts i've ever been to. customer service is rude, slow and they don't know how to make a drink. had to have my drink re-made several times. went to drive thru, either they don't acknowledge i'm there or they're rude. many times out of flavors for frozen coffee (original flavor) which they should always have on hand, as its popular. yesterday, i went and they were out of original base for my frozen coffee. i asked why, as they are always out. one spanish girl gave me a look that could kill me. something needs to be done. who's the owner???

Uhm wow....awful. They are ALWAYS out of the only two donuts i go there for. Today i went in and ordered 2 flavored iced lattes, 2 bacon egg (taco shaped things lol), 2 orders of hashbrowns, one donut, and 10 munchkins. They were slow so they definitely weren't going to mess the order up due to being rushed. Well they once again did not have either of the two donuts i came in for. The iced coffees tasted days old and had not even a hint of caramel flavoring. The tater tots were soggy from the amount of grease but were also black around the edges ... the sandwiches were so gross and bland that i threw mine out... and they even managed to give me the wrong type of munchkins.... HOW??? HOW THE HECK DO YOU SCREW AN ENTIRE ORDER UP LIKE THAT? ....smh ....my god... Oh and i hadn't realized any of this while still in the store , exvept the coffees. Well I politely asked the young girl behind the counter if they had possibly forgot to put the flavoring in...she said no, but as soon as I turned to walk away i could hear her talking crap and giggling to another co-worker. Great job Dunkin' Donuts

awful customer service. Nicole and another dark haired lady with glasses were more then rude, while making my drink wrong i asked for my money back and they threw the money back on the table after stating " unfortunately this just came out of our tip money". With no apologies or anything , worse customer service i've ever had.

Rude staff. Incompetent. Cant seem to get it together here. Donut half stale and pretty skimpy on the filling. Will never return. Would recommend to any and all to skip this place. Better off with a Krispy Kreme from a gas station.

SHITTY customer service first of all. Secondly 8/10 times me and my boyfriends coffee's are completely wrong. I'm not kidding literally 90% of the time I have to go back in and by god the people are not nice when you have to go back in because THEY messed up. I always get a large iced with cream no sugar and he gets the same but with cream and sugar. We either get smalls or his without sugar and mine with or both with or they're completely different. To the point I have a 20$ gift card and still haven't used it because this Belleview one is the closest to me and it's terrible. When you go back in they make sure to act like you're an inconvenience busy or not. Haven't been back. I don't mind going back in but the rudeness of the staff is just ridiculous.

Not very happy with the customer service here, second time and second time we have Ari as cashier, she is very rude and its almost as she is certainly trying to piss people off. Management needs to teach her how to treat customers.
Was in there this morning (around 5:45) and the donut selection was not very good. Only a few types to choose from. The staff was solely focused on drive thru customers. Never was greeted or acknowledged while waiting for service. Finally walked out dissatisfied. The reason for two stars is because at least last time I was in, there was better service (waiting for 5 mins to place the order, I was acknowledged - again focusing on drive thru). I guess they should close the inside and make it a drive thru only with their app (phone) ordering system so they don't have to deal with people. Maybe people shouldn't deal with this company with service attitude like that.

The staff is always rude and they have never once got my order right. I always have to get my coffee remade. One time I was even given TEA with cream and sugar because they were out of dark roast. I usually go out of my way to avoid this store, even though I'm five minutes away. I've submitted several complaints with corporate and still have gotten no response. If you can, I definitely suggest making the extra drive to Maricamp or to 484 instead of dealing with the headache here.

Some days are better than others going to this location. But that's mainly because you never know when you're gonna catch the rush. The staff is always friendly and my coffee is always fresh here. So glad I have a Dunkin donuts so close to my house finally!

not greeted initially more focus on drive up service after it backed up one of the assosiciats informed us we would be taken care of. after that cashier Veronica was on top of it, nice recovery on her part. the pretzel sandwich was great because my daughter ate it all. I noticed they are very busy so I'll have to give them some praise for the quick service overall.

This Dunkin is usually pretty good about the way they make their drinks. Many times you get drinks that don't have enough syrup, sugar, cream, etc. in the drinks. Here, it is pretty good. The service is usually very quick, and the one manager guy is always very nice and helpful. This is one of my favorites to go to!
