Love visiting Ellianos! The service is great, they always a smile on their faces, and the coffee is a treat! My favorites are turtle freezer, caramel or mocha hot latte, and the apple cinnamon pecan muffin!

​I am writing to express concern regarding the current pickup protocol for delivery orders. Currently, drivers are required to exit their vehicles and wait at the rear exterior door, regardless of weather conditions or the lack of foot traffic. Requiring drivers to wait outside in freezing temperatures—particularly when the place is empty—is inefficient and poses a safety risk. I suggest a more flexible approach that allows for indoor pickup or curbside hand-offs to ensure a professional and safe environment for all partners.

Loved this place! The coffee was amazing and the vibe was super welcoming. Definitely coming back.
This is a new to us coffee shop, and I love it! While I don’t live in the area any more, we do visit often and I opt to stop at an Ellianos for coffee if there’s one near by. I always appreciate a coffee option that is not Starbs or DD. This is a GREAT option, with great coffee. Lots of different flavor options as well.

I order a Drangion fruit refresher with strawberries and no ice. The sales clerk proceeded to had me a cup 3/4 full because I requested no ice. She was extremely upset unprofessional and has been on several other occasions I've been through the drive in. She has short black hair with piercings. She doesn't greet customers also. She also didn't inform me that they were out of the dried strawberries and just handed me the order and closed the window. Definitely shouldn't be at the windows serving customers!
