I am 67 yes old..disabled and I don't cook..I love this place!! The girls and the manager are absolutely wonderful..if there's a mistake or misunderstanding they fix it immediately..I normally order a toasted cheese with turkey not ham....it has 2 dif cheeses on it..that's my main meal at least 4 times a week(more..ha ha) so glad they are here..they know my name and my order!! two more coffee joints have open here in Belleview and i won't even try them..when it's right..why go somewhere else...Ice energy drinks and more..even grit bowls..yum!

I’m honestly disappointed in my order the other day. I ordered a hot chocolate and a French toast muffin. I’ve been going to this place quite often and Tuesday was by far my worst experience. My hot chocolate came out hot and my muffin was delicious. It went all down hill when I found what looks to be a a straw wrapper in my hot chocolate. I’m honestly not one to make complaints, but I have so many questions on how this got in my drink. I’m beyond disgusted. I never had a straw and I didn’t even notice until I finished most of my drink. I really hope this experience doesn’t happen to anybody else. I’m honestly going to stay clear for a while. Hopefully cleanliness changes soon. Idk how I can trust a drink from there again unless it’s clear. My review went from a 5 star to a -1 star.

First time customer!!! I had a timed order and was able to get my first coffee free. I absolutely loved my coffee. It was exactly what I ordered. I was quite surprised with pastries, they were quite big in size. ❤️ I always see along line and I understand why now. I just wish they had an area designated for mobile orders. Definitely will back very soon.

me and my fiancée tried Ellianos coffee shop for the first time a few days ago. just saying; I've had him take me back several days in a row following our first visit. i have the lovely and hospitibal staff build me a breakfast bagel sandwich each time we've gone and the sandwiches are always super fresh and hot; made exactly as my specific behind asked. i can appreciate the good coffe and other drinks they offer as well. definitely try the blue wave drink. i'm absolutely greatful for this coffee shop and plan on using and abusing my visits in the best way possible. OH if u plan on stopping in as much as i do, I'd suggest signing up on their app for rewards to redeem a free drink or something sooner than later😉 don't thank me; thank them.

If I could give them negative 1 star, I would. Ordered a HOT coffee with cream and drove away....at the next light, opened it to take a sip and it was cold, not even warm! Turned around on the busy road and went back, waited in line again to return the coffee and when I told them it was cold coffee, I was told that after I left, they made a new pot. What? They actually KNEW they sold me a cold coffee. Then, when we asked if they could throw out the cold one, was told they couldn't. What??? Never going there again.

8$ for 3 sips of extremely watered down matcha, never again. All i did was take the ice out, before I took it out it was not even filled to the top of this tiny cup. Robbery.
