This is an awesome "off the beaten path" place to eat. I would call it a Gastropub because there are spins to good dishes and local IPAs to try to support the local economy. Everytime I go there I try something new so it's never the same old thing.

This is a great dive bar/grill! The service was great and our server even showed us a magic trick with a deck of cards. I had the flying boat burger which was phenomenal!! I will definitely be going back.

We had a great time checking out Flying Boat Tap Room just north of The Villages in Ocala. Shaina, the bartender, was fantastic and knowledgeable about their well-curated tap list featuring all Florida beers. They also have a great craft beer can list.Their extensive menu offered delicious apps like 'Poor Mans Burnt Ends' (pork belly) & 'Not The Norm Tots', which we enjoyed along with live music at their outdoor seating area.Definitely an excellent choice for anyone looking to enjoy some amazing food and drinks. And do yourself a favor and sit at the bar with Shania, she’s knowledgeable and fun!Definitely worth checking out, we will be back!

Husband and I went to flying boat for a date night tonight! Service was fantastic!!! Michelle was our waitress and she is amazing! Every time we go we look for Michelle and request her if she is there. She is very knowledgeable about the menu! We absolutely love her!!!

The atmosphere was exactly what we expected, it was a casual tap house. They had a VERY large selection of IPA brews to try. The service could not have been better. Our server had a vast knowledge of the beer as well as the food. The food was great. Get there early it was packed!

Came to check this place out on our way home to Tampa. This place is NOT DOG FRIENDLY. Crazy for a brewery with a patio to not allow dogs & the reasoning is being scared of lawsuits and being advised by a lawyer to not allow them.... lame! Don't waste your time coming here with your pup ... plenty of other dog friendly breweries!
