Ordered two different pizzas one with no meat and the other with two meats. When they were delivered I received one with one meat and the second with the other meat. I called and explained what I received and was told that they would replace both pizzas. I told them that I didn't want to wait another hour for two new pizzas so I would just take the credit. When I called to collect they did not want to honor their promise of replacement of pizzas. The guy hung up on me even though I was still wanting to order the pizzas plus some, I'm guessing because I questioned why they were not honoring their promise.

I don't go to this hungry Howie's that often except when I'm working out of town makes a nice you know stop on the way home quick something to eat grab eat on the way home no big deal however when I ordered my pizza I did not realize that I could have gotten two large two topping pizzas for the same price as my medium three topping pizza and that's because the staff didn't bother to tell me that I understand they're in the business to make money but now you've upset a customer who's leaving an not so good it just shows poor customer service and greediness I would have been happy with two pizzas for the same amount of money as I paid for for one medium instead of two large
I placed an order through the app. After already placing the order I realized I forgot to add soda to my order. I called the store and and was greeted on the phone by the most amazing woman. She was bright and cheery. She helped check to see if they had certain sodas I was looking for. Even when she placed the phone down to go check, where she thought we couldn’t hear her we could hear her laughing and cheering in the background only to come back with the same positive energy and vibe. She really is an amazing worker and made the whole experience rather enjoyable. I wish I had gotten her name!!!!

Well the first thing is my order was wrong how can you get a order wrong when it's just 1 all meats pizza and an order of Howie bread will they did I see why when I get there it's a bunch of kids having field day at work laughing throwing stuff with the Manger right with them so I just happen to check my order before I leave and good thing it was a cheese pizza with hot wings and when I told them they said it got mixed up with a nether customer. Order it would be about 26min longer so we waited and I should've just left because the pizza we waited for sucked never again will I go back there just saying !!!

Literally ordered pizza. Been over 2 hours, and now they closed. This is so unprofessional. Be transparent and have better communication with your customers. It is absolutely unacceptable.
Do not place your order over the phone. They couldn't understand more than a simple order. When asked to make it again it will take longer than they say and they will make it angrily and mess it up again.

The communication is poor managers won't even get on the phone to talk to the customers with issues. Hangs up on their customers. Waited over 2 hours for my food and a manger wouldn't even get on the phone. I'll never order from here again nor would I recommend this specific place. Poor poor service and a mager lack of communication skills.
