I waited 15 to get to the mic to order, for them to tell me one moment. Then another 15 to pay and food. This is terrible 30 minutes. I'm not over exaggerating and I have patience.

It was really busy in there but the service was really good. I got the bowl combo today and it was not good. It only had 3 small pieces of chicken . It’s like every year the company puts less and less chicken in the bowls.

I ordered a family meal for pick up and when I made it home my meal was missing items. I called this location 3 times before they answered and I didn’t get an apology for the meal missing items. she said it busy promotion day and hung up. I would fire this employee immediately and the restaurant looked dirty on top of that. Biscuits were hard and the food is low quality. If you can’t get employees that care then shut the doors on this business. Every time I return to KFC I’m reminded why it’s a terrible business and gross. I don’t care about your promotions get my meal correct.

Just left and got home and the order was wrong and the chicken so soggy, I've tried calling twice just for them to pick up and hang up the phone. I live 25 minutes away. Second time there will not be back.
