I was appalled by the lack of quality and service at our local KFC. I used the drive thru for the hot and spicy wings and the regular 8 piece chicken deal. I was told the wings would take an additional 7 minutes and I agreed to wait. I waited 15 minutes for the wings but they did give me the 8 pieces before I left the drive thru to wait “7 minutes “ for the wings. When I got home and opened the 8 piece chicken bucket, it was a mess of mushy skin, falling off the chicken. It was so greasy, it was unappetizing. I am not expecting perfection but at least an edible meal for the $21 I paid.

Check your outside menu compared to what you think it may be. You literally said this happens all the time. Go actually check it and maybe listen to your customers. I was so angry with her not listening, that I left, didn't get my food and didn't even ask for a refund. I left because I was so frustrated with her attitude. CHECK YOUR DAMN MENU

What I saw there was disgusting and I will not be back and don't recommend that anyone else goes. Every window sill in the restaurant was covered in dead flies
