poor services - we request the pizza square cut but they service standard cut we said twice to the crew but still they made it mistake - we request an ice but the ice was forgotten - we order ribs meal they forgot the sauce from the ribs - we submit 2 senior and 1 Pwd Id for discount. they less the 20% from Rice and Iced tea not from the meal what the heck?? this branch in BGC is worst not recommended to anyone. lutang ung mga Crew 👎

I was here last night with my bff. Tamad na tamad kaming magbihis kasi we only went out to get some snacks and according sa tiktok posts about this restaurant masarap daw yung matcha drinks nila. We went there, we were seated sa table for two. We were seated for 5 min already but no one bothered to give us a menu. We keep on raising our hands but no one bothered. After a few min my naupo na family sa kabilang table that’s well dressed compared to us. My nag assist sa kanila immediately and na take agad yung order nila. Sinabihan ko ang crew na kailangan ko ng menu and mag order na din kami ng friend ko. The crew said “wait lang po” then after niya i take ang order ng kabilang table umalis na siya. I had to raise my hand again tapos tsaka sya lumapit. I let it slide kasi I was thinking si sir crew ay baka nakalimutan lang kami sa dami ng orders na kailangan niya itake. After 30 min dumating yung food namin. Ok naman ang drinks nila and ang food. Super turn off lang talaga sa customer service — grabe. Pag my mga needs kami like tissue we keep on raising our hands pero walang lumalapit kahit nakikita naman nila kami. My last straw was I asked for the bill kasi hindi ko na gusto yung treatment and I wanted to just pay and lilipat na kami ng restaurant. After raising our hands for a few min tsaka lang my lumapit na crew and na process ang bill. I was handed the bill and tumungo lang ako to get my card for 2 seconds pag tingin ko wala na si sir crew. We keep on raising our hands for more than 5 min na yata expecting for someone to come and get the card pero walang lumalapit. Si sir crew na nag pretend na now lang kami napansin ay lumingon and I mouthed “pakidala po ng terminal” he nodded tapos lumabas na siya ng restaurant. We thought my i assist sila don pero to my dismayed there are 3 guys there and they were all laughing about something, nagkukulitan sila sa labas na parang walang customers na naghihintay ng assistance sa loob. Ive had enough so tumayo ako and dinala ko mismo yung bill sa cashier and I offered to pay na without the assistance of anyone. Sinabi ko na sa cashier na I need to speak with a manager. She urge her kasama na tawagin ang manager pero si miss crew ay hindi din kumikilos at nakatayo sa tabi ko. I said “What? Kailangan ako din ang tumawag pa sa manager nyo?” Then they pointed out kung nasaan si sir manager and boom! Si Manager pala ay isa sa 3 guys na nakatambay sa labas at nakikitawa sa mga crew. He finally noticed na there is a tension inside the restaurant and hindi pa siya agad lumapit. The manager is just looking at us. After getting the receipt ako mismo ang lumapit sa manager and told him about the SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE that we had sa restaurant and his first response was GUSTO NYO PO BA I REFUND KO NA LANG PO ANG BINAYAD NYO? I have never felt so insulted in my life. I told him the fact the we chose this restaurant means that we are capable of paying. It’s not even a high end restaurant. Simple ang restaurant and average yung food. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST. I told sir manager that we are not after the refund we are stating our concerns para hindi na siya maulit sa iba pang customers and the fact na bago lang ang restaurant, they are still promoting it. Paano babalik ang mga tao if they feel belittled while dining? Kawawa naman yung restaurant owner kung malulugi ang restaurant nila bec the people they hired are not interested to serve and they find chikahan outside the resto on working hours much more interesting than doing their job. I salute people who worked in the customer service industry or food service industry or even in hospitality industry bec the job is not easy. Mistakes can easily be ignored and charged to experienced kasi wala namang taong perpekto. Hindi ako nag co complaint and just let it slide. This is the first time that it happened na mag tawag ako ng manager and I can’t shut up about it bec that was really disrespectful. Instead of apologizing first and empathize with us ang first words ng manager ay KUNG GUSTO KO DAW BA IREFUND ANG BINAYAD KO? FYI. WE

Went to find out about a job and then found out that Elaine the lady who works there bad mouthed me to the owners after I left and told them I stole! Everyone who knows me I'd give the shirt off my back but I've never been accused of stealing from anyone at anytime or anywhere! And that's a fact Elaine!
