I was so happy when Marcos moved into my neighborhood and I only order from them religiously ever since,. Until tonight I ordered extra vegetables on a supreme and ask them to Chrisp the heck out of the crust, it was soggy Spoke to a girl who put a manager on he told me that it was soggy cuz it wasn't picked up at 8:00 told her I wanted the crust Crisp!!

Update:9/13 ordered from them today and literally can’t even.
As I opened my food to eat the rolls I noticed they were all upside down and messed up. I tried to think nothing of it so I started to eat them. As I did something told me to check my door camera footage and I’m glad I did. The driver who delivered the food drops it on my porch and proceeded to pick it up with his hands re arranged and put it on the porch with the rest of my order. Then proceeded to thumbs up my son and then leave. Okay so I call Marcos and they say sorry he’ll be banned and we’ll give you a $12 credit for your next order…. Incredible… regardless of who your delivery driver is at the end of the day someone needs to be held responsible and it’s not my pocket. Absolutely Grotesque!!!!!!!!!
1.Wow. I think I’m officially done ordering from Marcos. It’s been hit or miss mostly the entire time since they’ve opened. Today I decided to do a pick up order and should’ve looked at the food before I left. That’s my fault. But I trusted them. I get home and my 1/2 pepperoni & 1/2 mushroom is 5 slices pepperoni and 3 slices mushroom. …. Um okay… and then the desert cinnamon thing is absolutely plain, just bread with some cinnamon on top. What is this??? Waste of money

I eat here nearly once a week minimum today they gave me one of the most undercooked and incorrect pizzas I've ever had. DO NOT EAT HERE. I dunno why all of a sudden they decided to mess it up this bad but whoever made my pizza this evening needs to be fired.

NEVER AGAIN. Gave me someone else's order. Ate one slice and vomited twice. Called and they hung up on me. Then told me they're not allowed to tell me when the manager is working. I will try my best to get them closed down. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD. PERIOD.
They had a special a couple weeks ago, so we have them a try. Pizza was pretty good, I prefer 5-star maricamp crust better, but Marco's was worth the half off deal anytime!

We order 8 pizzas for a celebration for our team and the kids loved the pizza. Pizza was delivered by a very polite young man. Parents were really happy with the overall experience and quality of the food. Will definitely order more in the future.
