Horrible, just straight up the worst mcds in Marion and if you go down the comments most every single person agrees. They Make you wait for your food for it to be cold (and a long time at that). Be rude when talking to you through speaker. Closing 45 min early. I’ve literally waited at this mcds drive through for 55 min for 2 mcchickens and didn’t even get them because it took so long got my refund back rudely and it just really sucks they sucks so bad because there the only fast food with decent price that is close. General manager needs to come do something because there just straight crap.

The most slowest and non competent individuals work here. Waited in line for 25 min for 2 big macs and 2 cheeseburgers and nuggets. Got my order and only half was there had to turn around and go back and now at this time there were many complaining of errors and I again was waiting back in line. Once I got back to my place of employment which is no more than 5 min I sit to finally enjoy my lunch to find that the sauce and lettuce on big macs are old and sour. Thanks again Mcdonalds for showing why machines need to take over employment at some places.

Well we went in 9/21 for breakfast an yhe order was wrong an they had to redo it three times before they got it right then went back in9/23 thinking ok give them another chance .no more chances the food order was wrong again an cashier was like ok and so n9 more McDonald's in

Ordered and paid. Got our drinks. Then was asked to pull up to the 3rd window. Waited 15 plus minutes while all other cars in line got their orders and drove off. Knocked on window and asked if they forgot about us - a guy had to ask what we ordered and said he would be right back. Never came back. My husband went inside and ended up having to argue that we never got our order. Had to tell 2 more employees what we ordered. After another few minutes we finally got our food. They never even apologized. This felt like total disorganization. Very poor customer service! Will never go back.
