Apparently they are renting out play area and just as soon as we placed order was told we had to leave for cleaning. That was not the case it was so a birthday party could set up which was an hour to two ours later. So all kids were made to leave while an employee pretended to clean and keep everyone out. Had they posted or even said we are having a large birthday party at 3 or 4 it would have been better. But instead it was a friend of the manager that had worked with him. So it could have been handled alot better. So beware of taking kids there as they are not important.

2 top buns for cheeseburger, smothered in way to much ketchup. Mayonnaise smothered all over a quarter pounder, (mayo isn't even part of the condiments on that particular burger), forgotten food. Wait for food was ridiculous with it not being busy.

I fell in the play area getting my son out the playhouse and walking off the platform I rolled my ankle in the hole right in front of the entrance to the playhouse. I fell with my child and my face touched the gross floor. Fix that damn floor before someone else gets hurt!
Used the drive thru for late lunch, the happy meal had no toy (my grandson was so disappointed) the medium fry was 1/2 full and the tea tasted like instant with no sugar. Very disappointed. The service has really gone downhill.

Twice in a week I went to the McDonald’s in Belleview Fl. I go once a week after practice. The first time I went it was 2pm. I sat and waited for 10 minutes for the car in front to Pat. No cars in front of him and no one came to take his money. It’s hard to get out of drive thru. I saw an employee outside texting next to the front door and told him drive thru was backed up and no one was taking money. He said he didn’t care. I left and went to Zaxbys. Last night I went to drive thru at 9:30 pm after practice. I pulled up and the girl said to wait a minute very rudely. A car pulled up 3 minutes after me and she started taking their order. Then she said what do you want. Told me my code was invalid and it was not because I then went to another one and used that very code. I started to order and she had such an attitude. Is that all after I started ordering. I said no I need those with no onions. She yelled no onions, I said yes I was trying to tell you that. She kept laughing and talking to someone and she kept cutting me off. She would yell. It was very unprofessional. You could tell by how she was talking . I tries to call but as usual no one would pick up the phone. This restaurant used to be better. Funny thing is when you go inside no one takes your order they tell you to use the kiosk so what are they getting paid $15 an hour for? Sad how customer service has gone down because kids have no respect or work ethic.

If cleanliness is next to godliness then this place is in the deepest pits of hell. I’m sure these employees absolutely do not care and are here to make a small buck to survive but my god wipe down the tables and clean the floors and bathrooms every now and then.

We love the indoor play place at this location, when many fast food places no longer have those. It’s a huge draw for us, so I hope they never get rid of it! Perfect rainy day activity for my energetic little ones. The restaurant and play place is always clean. I like that you can order at a kiosk, take a table number, and then they will bring your food out to you.
