They handed me an overloaded ice cream at the drive thru window so I asked if she could put it in a bigger cup and I wouldn't mind paying for it and she just handed me a lid so I turned around and ran out of my car as it's leaking all over me to throw it away and I asked if they could remake it or give me my money back and the person I talked to didn't say anything and just walked in the back . Thank you for making a hard day even worse . I used to love this place but it has changed so much and the employees completely lack customer service skills.

I loved this place before it changed ownership. I went yesterday and had a pineapple sundae. The minute I tasted it I knew! THEY CHANGED THE ICE CREAM MIX! Mr. Steve’s ice cream was so good. Manny’s used their last bit of inventory and ordered a cheaper mix that does not taste good at all. I hope they go back to the previous mix.

Awesome!! Had the banana split once again. Seems pricey for almost 10 bucks. But worth it certainly! Sorry we gulped it down, the two of us and forgot to take the pic. It looked so delicious. Three huge scoops loaded with flavorings of your choice and nuts and whipping cream all the way just like you like it! New ownership now. Manny‘s ice cream.

I haven't been there in 4 years because I don't like how they cut the bananas up for banana splits. The quality had gone down for a while. I haven't been back there since they have re opened. If the quality and quantity are worse, we will not be returning again. Id rather spend the money at the store or make my own at home.
