I actually love this place. The waitress is very sweet and does a great job. On the other hand as I sat all the way in the back and I could hear the manager making comments. Not nice comments. I thought she was rude and should not be making comments like that so loudly as if she didn't care. I made it a point to ask her name for this very review. Cassie. If your going to talk about customers do it on your break or a little less loud. Not a way to be a leader of your team. I get it. We all feel the pressure sometimes. But vent another way and make sure us a customers don't hear you.

I placed an order, my husband picked it up. When he got home it wasn't complete and one pizza was not even what I ordered. The staff was very nice and made the 2 pizzas that were missing but I told them MULTIPLE times about the thin crust pizza that was supposed to be hand tossed. They completely ignored that. I know mistakes happen but when I am standing in front of you and you still cant correct it!! Do better!!

Vonnie and Cammy are AMAZING but the guy making the pizzas today was giving the servers a hard time about pizzas on the buffet. Its just sad the customers can hear it. And the servers are SO GREAT N THE FOOD WAS AMAZING KEEP THE BUFFET GOING.

Got the buffet and was charged for a side salad and didn't even know we were supposed to get one until we got our receipt because it was never offered .waitress never filled are drink cups bathroom was dirty empty toilet paper rolls just sitting on the bar next to the toilet. Won't be back.

Took my family here today for the buffet and the food was SO good and the workers were really nice and kind. I told them my daughter doesn’t eat red meat so they made a veggie and cheese pizza for the buffet just for her. We will definitely be going back again. I highly recommend this place for the buffet and the workers were amazing!!

Although they were very understaffed, the 3 employees there were very nice and respectful. We loved the pizza and wings they were fresh to order. They were nasty people being rude at checkout but the staff remained polite and very pleasant. Will definitely be back with the whole family.

Let me start by saying Vonnie you rock oustanding customer service!!! I visited this location on 441 in Belleview, Florida on May 29th 2025. I ordered the buffet not knowing that Al-len Lock Co would be working in the main dinning area putting in a door. The staff of this Al-len Lock Co was ill equipped to do service while people were trying to eat. The dust that came from the saws cutting through the concrete was not only covering me and the person I was with, but also covering all the food in the buffet, my salads and my sweet tea so much so that I did not eat any of the food that was on my plate and we were still charged full price for the buffets, salads and teas. Needless to say I will not be eating at pizzahut again since the people making appointments like that are not capable of doing so before they open or after they are closed, and still charged us full price. If it was not for the customer service of Vonnie this experience would have been a complete disaster.
Went there on a Saturday around 6:00. Was not very busy. The server was super friendly. We went there for the distinct flavor of the Hut and it was as expected.
