Im easy to please but This place had issues everytime I have came! This time was cherry on top with the attitude, customer service ect. First was pushed out of lobby as I doordash and people are clearly dining and ordering inside! Then as I'm waiting in drive thru I hear not only the employee tell this customer in front to say it with his chest and as he's leaving I hear foul language coming from intercom. Thisis unprofessional and not acceptable! If I could zero star I would!

Ordered online for first time. Order classic, noted on receipt as well. Got all the way home and received all 16 piece spicy. And picked up at 10:19...no issues. Out of honey.

Had son pick up some popeye for me, 2pcs breast and wing combo. First the chicken had no salt, tasteless. The coleslaw was bad. Smelled bad and old. It was about 6:00pm which it's dinner time, should have had fresh stuff. Not ever going there again. Also the prices have gone up, up but getting less, less.

I had a disappointing experience at this establishment and felt compelled to give the service a zero-star rating, as I believe not even one star was warranted. The staff, regardless of age, often displayed unprofessional attitudes towards customers and each other. I have raised these concerns with management in the past, but frequent turnover in management may be a contributing factor to the ongoing issues. Furthermore, I noticed a decline in the quality of the food. I hope that with more consistent management and a focus on improving customer service, the experience can be enhanced in the future.

The place doesn't look very welcoming and it's not very clean. You walk in and the floor is dirty and you can see food crumbs on the floor and tables.
