Went through the drive through order a 10 piece family meal got home had 2 legs 3 wings and 5 breasts. Called store and phone is always busy so call never gets answered. Poor customer service at its finest. Check your orders because they will not do there jobs correctly and obviously management is ok with it. Drive the extra distance and go to the one on pine much better service and chicken.

I came within normal business hours & watched them take care of several other customers with kindness and ease, when it came my turn to order I was made to wait for an exceptionally long time then when I placed my order I was basically told everything I wanted to drink was out all of the sides were out and all they had was coleslaw and Fries the lady was short with me and unprofessional while chuckling and laughing in the background these people are rude. They don't value your business and they apparently think it's comical to play with a tired, hard working mom at the end of a long day. Well played, I promptly left and found myself well taken care of at an establishment not far away where I was treated with kindness and respect as a customer, I had heard rumors about this Popeyes before but figured I would take my chances apparently if you're a younger white woman you're treated poorly and well I experienced it firsthand

We came here an hour before they closed ordered food spent 42 dollars and they didn’t give me my chicken sandwich meal or the 8 piece nuggets I ordered I believe they did it intentionally because they were rude as hell. They did not want to work. There were no one in there that had a smile on their face no thank you no have a good night nothing. We will never go back to that one again.

Do not buy the chicken tenders! They are just batter and skin, hardly and meat. I couldn't believe when I opened the box and they were pencil thin, the meal was $13.79, that's crazy! The cole slaw was good, but definitely not worth it. What happened Popeyes?? Come on!!

I didn’t like Popeyes combos especially for the prices they charge, I was not at all impressed with my first ever experience ordering Popeyes fried chicken for my family, the 3 pieces they included in my combo were mostly bones with barely any meat. The worst part was I thought that Popeyes chicken was gonna taste real good and be a little spicy, but my order tasted like plain old bland greasy fried chicken. For the two 3-pc combos and one 2-pc combo, plus a single side of Cajun Fries they charged us $42. I did enjoy their creamy cole slaw and the their tasty Cajun fries but one small container of slaw cost me $3.79. It sure wasn’t worth no forty one fifty what little they food they gave us! I really felt that we got gypped, taken, ripped off. If you haven’t been here yet, I would encourage you to hold onto your money.
