This location is new and it is so clean and nice! The food in the front display case looks fantastic, the atmosphere makes me want to linger here, and the barista Porter was superb with her connection with me as well as showing zero stress of doing it all by herself. She welcomed me in even tho I’m sure she was still setting up for the day, took my order efficiently, made both drinks and had a welcoming smile.

I go to Starbucks and order a pink drink daily. Everytime there is either too much coconut milk or too much of the strawberry acai juice, both of which are not drinkable. The only consistency ive seen is that they are consistently wrong. Seems like they need more training and consistency. Unfortunately will be finding a different coffee shop to start going to.

There’s so many bad reviews. I figured I’d leave a good fair honest review. Just went through there this morning. My order was correct. The service was outstanding. I ordered on the mobile app. It was ready in time. They have not been open that long you can tell that they’ve improved a lot. Keep up the good work.

I am a Starbucks patron I don’t ever complain but to mobile order ahead of time and get to the Starbucks and still wait over 20 minutes is wild. There was no backed up drive through. I had to repeat my order once I got to the window. We’re talking about two simple drinks not somesecret menu off the wall order iced macchiato and a refresher. Then because I waited so long I hit my e cigarette and the cashier had the audacity to make a remark to me about smoking. 3/10 stars very raggedy very make you late.

Slowest Starbucks in all of Marion county thus far .. every other Starbucks has it ready by the time you get to the window. All the women working inside are just talking and stopping their work to talk. Literally putting their stuff down to talk.

Beautiful shop, nice atmosphere. When I asked if any of the Christmas brews came in sugar free the employee seemed too happy to say, No. What happened to Starbucks, no suggestions just a blank stare. Waited 7yrs for a neighborhood Starbucks, well Emilio's is down the street.

I ordered a venti and when I opened my matcha it looked like they had given me a grande. I ordered through drive thru so I didn’t see it until I was already home. If a drink is ordered it should be filled to the top

Although Starbucks coffee, as always, is too dark for my tastes, this store itself is gorgeous, and the staff when I wisited was exceptionally friendly. I also like that they have a mix of seating styles and tables, including tall tables.
