Ordered for pick up. Said to.be there at 6:35. Got there waited till 7:10 before ready. Then 2 of the sandwiches were completely messed up. Last time I ordered here I had issues but let it go and tried again. Not.again

RUDE. This was my 1st and last time at this location. The woman who was behind the counter seemed to be inconvenienced with how i like my sandwich built. Also, when I asked her not to cut my sandwich with a dirty knife, she huffed and rolled her eyes.

The store manager Maddie is rude and not helpful at all. I have overheard the way she speaks to her employees and it is unbelievable! The assistant manager Hannah doesn’t do anything about it and just laughs. I don’t know how people can work for her. Unacceptable

Will never visit this location again. Terrible rude customer service. You can tell employee is not happy being at work. Food may be good but being treated like an inconvenience ruined my morning off with my daughter.

This place has rude servers! No customer service. My sandwich bread is stale, they got all offended when I asked for more than two squirts of mayo. The atmosphere was horrible. The customer service was TERRIBLE. The lady was so passive when a guy who was allergic to a product asked her to not touch the nachos as he would’ve been hospitalized.

Several of the employees are quality sandwich artists, so why do y'all have the mouth breather drooling on the subs up front?
That's nasty, nobody wants someone drooling on their food, put him on dishes.

My husband and I got subway tonight. When we got home and opened our food, both of our sandwhiches barely had anything in it. We asked for extra on a few things and did not receive that. Very disappointing. Not like how it used to be.

They are out of meatballs and all the breads but I did get a good sandwich and it was made with care great service and the lady paid attention must have been bad timing but it worked out for me

Let me say that I have been to several Subways in Tampa but I had never received as great of a customer service experience such as when I went to this location. Roy, Tam, and Madilyn (location manager) provided top quality service and the food was prepared just the same. The location is extremely well kept also. I live 1/2 hour away from this location it doesn’t matter because it’s worth the drive. I returned because Roy & Tam set the standard when it came to providing top customer service. Ty everyone at this location. God bless you and your families.
