Nov.20th 9:20pm. Window employee is super slow and busy chatting with the car infront of me way too long and holding up the line. I was the second car to leave the line upset on how long the person was taking an order in the drive thru. I think I lost enough money and time at this location. No more stopping here and they are on their way to being NOT the best rated fast food in Bellrview. Should be already just from the people they hire. It's fast food not slow and wrong order food.

Went last week early before work hours on the door clearly said store was supposed to be open,but employees said they wasn't ready.no breakfast for me that morning.then the wife and I tried again yesterday for lunch.line out the door.we still decided to be patient and wait.the cashier would not stay at the counter taking orders.it took over 15 minutes to place the order and then about 5 minutes to get 2 biggie bags.dont worry about that happening again.we won't be back and I promise to do all I can to warn all friends and family not to eat at that place again.horrible management.

Wendy's is the best of the big 3. If you want to be sick, go to McDonalds, if you want bland, go to BK, but if you want average everything that is ALWAYS the same, check out your local Wendy's. If you go into a Wendy's in Timbuktoo and then one in Texarkana, you'll swear you'd teleported back to Timbuktoo. Always the same, always the wrong sauce, always no straws, and Booger is ALWAYS the guy that rings you out.

Horrible service, had to repeat myself over and over and over until I gave up , atempted to order lunch for my family ended up with one $4 chilli and 4 piece nugget ,I don’t speak Spanish nor do I plan on learning!

The GM at this location apparently can't do math to make change, he attempted to have an associate who was off the clock and out of uniform finish my transaction. I told her that was inappropriate and that she shouldn't work off the clock.

In a day when it’s so easy and common for people to complain, I am pleased to share our wonderful experience at this Wendy’s. The staff is usually friendly and helpful but today Cole really exceeded our expectations. He was friendly and helpful. He made sure our food was hot and made sure our order was correct. He had a friendly smile (which is a commodity these days) and was very accommodating. As a person with food allergies, it’s not unusual for most people behind the register to either not understand what to do or to see the their trepidation in taking the order. Cole was very confident and understood what was required. He is a definite asset to this franchise.
