Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I just want to say to whoever gave me two meals with tenders that have been sitting under a hot light for 30 minutes you wrong for that. I have never had tenders so dry. My 4 years in college I fought for my life defending you all over canes …. Canes though has never gave me a dry tender. My heart hurts.

I've been to several Zaxbys, this one has bad service rude management. My order was completely wrong, when I told them they acted like it was my fault and treated me like I was the problem and an inconvenience. I will NEVER go there again and neither will my 70 employees that used to go there. STAY AWAY!

Grabbed some cheese curds and frys last night got around the corner not 2 mins away started eating the cheese curds and they were so cold its not even funny like they just came out of the freezer uncooked nasty very unpleasant

Normally pretty good never really gets our orders wrong always friendly. Only issue ive ever had was at the drive thru. The window on my car doesnt roll down im waiting on a door switch. But i have to open the door to get my food amd the dude wouldnt reach thru and hand it to me. Just barely hung it out the window. I asked im 4 times can ypu reach farther. And got ignored. Ive never seen him before tho. But for being the only issue. Pretty good place. Great consistency

Grub hub delivery driver was great. The order was without sauce and boneless wings were dry. She took it back and the restaurant wouldn’t fix it and threw in sauces on the side. Now lunch is cold and dry. Worst zaxbys experience ever. Never again

Ours and all others orders were severely delayed... I won't be going to this location again ....we were going to eat in but after the late delivery of our food we just took it with us ....

Zaxby’s was always my go-to place in Belleview, Florida, but has extremely went downhill in the last two months. Full of young people, not an adult in sight running the place and it shows . Sit in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes every time, whether there’s cars in front of me or if I’m the only one in line. Last time I went through the drive-thru, the two people in my household I bought food for ended up getting food poisoning. After waiting 10mins in line they refused to sell me a bag of ice thru the drive thru. Wasn’t going all the way inside, Especially after waiting as long as I did in the drive-thru. I suggest hiring a few adults or actually having the managers come out from the back offices to see how their location is operating because the line is taking too long, the food isn’t getting cooked correctly, and employees are overall just lazy.

Every time I order the loaded fries I always ask for 2 to 3 extra chicken tenders. For some reason I never get the extra chicken. I know it’s my responsibility to check the bag before I drive off but it shouldn’t have to be that way!!

Edited since original post..... They have fixed their drive thru issues. They now
move much better......Other than they wont process and serve one vehicle at a time through the drive thru, its a good store. But you unnecessarily wait long each time at the speaker to even start the order. Other locations are much quicker.
