Stale cake cones or just bad ones. Great ice cream. The love potion is amazing. The staff is very nice and the store is very clean. They don't have 31 flavors here, but it's nice having Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin' donuts combined. I forgot to take the picture before I ate it. Lol.

Had my husband grab some coffee for us this morning and what a waste of money! We ordered two cappucino blasts. One mocha and one oreo. When he got back from the 7 minute drive the whipped cream on the mocha was completely gone and absolutely zero mocha in the coffee. It was not frozen at all and it was halfway full so I am pretty positive they just filled it halfway with whipped cream and it was all separated . Tasted horrible. The oreo one had zero oreos in it except for the top of the whipped cream. Not frozen at all!! These are expensive drinks and for some reason my husband tipped these people $4. I would like a refund or I will contact corporate.

Very poor customer service tonight we were literally the only car in the drive threw we made a very simple order they didn’t have a dipped waffle cone but told us they had a waffle cone so ok no big deal we proceeded to the window for them to not even have our order in there system so they had to retake the order they then tell us to pull up to the front door so that their window times don’t get long so alright we pull up and are waiting then the shift leader comes out and tells us they don’t have waffle cones i state but we already paid.. she compromises and gives me an extra scoop so ok fine then when they finally bring out the ice cream they don’t bring straws or spoons the shift leader threw a dollar into my car and said I’d say iam sorry but iam not so then I go inside to get spoons and straws so my daughter and husband can enjoy there ice cream and I hear the shift lead say I don’t understand what’s up she didn’t know I came back in and so I told her what was up and how I was very disappointed in the customer service tonight she continued to argue and be very rude she refused to give me her name probably in fear of getting a review but who ever was the shift lead tonight 6/01 6pm absolutely has horrible customer service

Just drive some where else better yet you would be better off going to a grocery store and buying your own ice cream. Those kids and I emphasize on kids working there have the absolute worst attitudes. They not only give you attitude for just asking them to do their job i.e give us ice cream because it's a Baskin Robbins they don't listen and are absolutely disrespectful. Just stay away from the place it's awful they don't even know how to make waffle cones!

Says open 24 hours we went in they kicked us out said had to go through the drive thru but the kid that worked there had his little brother at work with him and was getting him stuff before getting customers their orders and when we finally got our order it wasn't right they asked if we wanted whipped cream we said no and got it anyway horrible way to run a business

I went to get a couple sundaes and was told they are discontinued but when I was there 2 days ago there were people outside eating sundaes. What gives?

"Open 24 hours" but when a customer arrives (well before midnight) their "system is updating" and can only process mobile orders. And mobile orders require to be placed several days in advance. All around bad experience.
A regular customer. Usually hot fudge sundaes are just that. However, tonight both were a disappointment. Each had 4 cherries and ice cream. That was it. No whipped cream nor hot fudge. Your drive thru was not busy and we know of no reason for such a poor presentation.

Everytime and I don't mean sometimes we go to this location. They always have a excuse why they don't or can't make a waffle cones. There is even made batter right next to the waffle cone maker. I really think they just don't want to make them.. It must be hassle to make when 4 or more out of the 6 want one.We literally go to a further location cause we love the fresh cones.
