Went here today, 5/6, for my free coffee for nurse appreciation day. When I got to the speaker I was told “we know it’s teacher and nurse appreciation day today, but we’re choosing not to celebrate this year…” I had to pick my jaw up from the ground. I know that they are franchised, and can do as they please, but when the majority of your customers consist of said TEACHERS AND NURSES, why would you be “choosing not to celebrate this year”?! We can’t choose not to treat or help you in an emergent situation?! If you are a healthcare worker or educator and spend money here often, like I do, just stop. They don’t care about you or appreciate your contributions to their community. That is it. That is all. I, myself, will never stop there again and will encourage all of my friends and coworkers to stop as well!

Love Dunkin Midnight Coffee and the Iced Latte. Nice donuts. Friendly and helpful staff. Place is clean and welcoming.

I have never done this before. I've never given a rating to any fast food place. But this dunkin donut- robin baskin in Beverly Hill has time and time again disappointed. Either they are out of items or served the wrong ones or just simply damn forget about you sitting in is the outside slots waiting. Pathetic!
Heres a picture of my poorly made sandwich from this morning. There was no manager on duty to make mycomplaint. The bacon was stuck together all in one place on the sandwich instead of being spread out.

Only gave three stars because I went through yesterday, got my receipt and always do the survey for my free doughnut and honest feed back, but my survey code “doesn’t work” tried to manually type in the info, and again, nothing was valid 🤔🤔 how does that work?? I just went yesterday!

Placed an online order that included a Boston crème donut. The donut they gave me looked like it was ran over and all the icing was in the bottom of the bag. So I asked the girl if you could kindly get me a new one with icing. She was very nice and understanding and got it for me and even told me to keep the one she already gave me. However I get home and she didn’t even give me the donut I ordered so it was very disappointing to have to eat the one that was ran over since that was the only donut for me. She tried to be nice I guess or maybe petty. But I can’t believe the employees don’t even know what you ordered when you’re showing it to their face. I took photos but for some reason I don’t have the option to attach them.
