90% of the time it's easy to get in and out, however the other 10% is a madhouse so be careful. Cars going into street, no where to park and getting out of a parking spot can be very challenging.

I went to this Dunkin to get a meal deal as I do a few times a week. I never get coffee as I dont drink it, so I get tea hibiscus never an issue until today. Today the manager ASHLEY came to the pick up window to let me know the only reason I they gave me tea the day before was because I changed my drink at the pickup window, I said NO the girl that took my order asked if I could get tea , she was told yes , i heard this as i was waiting. She than says I have to ring up sweet tea because she could not add the hibiscus tea in the order. Which was fine They do it all the time . ASHLEY MANAGER starts to argue with me at the pick up window telling me NO that's not what happened !!! How do I make that up ? I told her i always get the tea she states that I am never getting it again because it cant be done. ARE YOU SERIOUS you agure with a customer and tell them they cant get the tea anymore when they have been giving it to me the whole time!! The food was burnt and the tea did not have a tea bag in it dint know why and there was no sugar as per order. So I received a tinted water basically! WHAT A RUDE PERSON how are they even dealing with customers. I am contacting corporate next.

This place is usually the best dunkin around however i sent my wife and mother up there around noon and those poor employees were stuck in some unthinkable conditions without AC Not mention the amount of customers that walked in and left due to the heat. The employees seem to go above and beyond to make all the customers comfortable however there is only so much they can do someone needs to get up there and fix that ac problem once and for all! This is terrible!!!
