So I and my wife sat at the bar and we both enjoyed our meal and drinks but on 3/24/2024 once again once we got home we had a credit card alert and had to get new cards . This is the second time at this restaurant . Tried to alert the Manager Augustine but was always put off by theEmployees . We now drive to Crystal River Restaurant. Not sure of or if there are skimmers.

Why is it when they screw up your order? They think it’s OK and they don’t want to compensate for it or anything. I ordered a burrito with Mix in itv And I asked him to grill the vegetables longer. She wrote it all down. They brought my food out and then she came back and said they forgot to put the onion, green pepper and tomato inside so all this had in it was beef and chicken.And she said it was their fault they realize they had forgot to put it in there after she brought it to the table and I’d already waited a half an hour and I had a piano lesson. I couldn’t wait any longer so So they offered me a lousy 10%, which was ridiculous. When half of the stuff is missing inside of it.! This particular chain seems to act like that at both of their establishments. I guess they feel their foid is so great They don’t have to accept responsibility for when they majorly screw up!

I love going here for a few reasons. The prices are reasonable, the food is really good, the place is clean , well decorated and put together. Also, my fiancé has a soy allergy, and they do not fry in soybean oil, so it's one of the few restaurants we can eat at.
