Been a loyal customer of Papa Johns since they opened up their locations in Florida in the 90's. This location here has always been top notch and will go the extra mile for the extra sauce or well done requests. However, a $6.00 increase for a Supreme Pizza from 16 and change to 22 and change is absurd. While we will miss Pizza once a month, we won't miss the blatant price gouging. Bye Bye Papa Johns, been good while it lasted.

Do not visit this location the manager is rude and disrespectful using a excuse that’s he training new staff the entire order was wrong and the chicken was not up to temperature and had nerve to say we were not telling the truth someone needs to call the health bureau on this establishment

We always order pick up, but tonight’s pizza was the worst. There was only half a dozen pieces of pepperoni, scant mushrooms. The hand tossed pizza was double the normal thickness. This was the worst pizza we have had from papa John’s ever. I know everyone has cut back but really Papa John’s if this is the quality you’re moving to, you will be loosing our business.

I would have loved to add a photo because I have eaten here before and the pizza is great, but my family ordered a pizza, payed for it, and waited for an hour and a half just to call back and receive no answer. We continued to try to call and yet no one answered and we didn’t get dinner.

Called about a wrong order in Beverly Hills fl store and was rudely told sorry about your luck we will try to do better next time. How about some complimentary dipping sauce. Totally unacceptable.

We do like the pizza! Perhaps the people could be friendly and or helpful without yelling at you as soon as you walk in. This is the experience of going here. Not welcome to Papa John’s or we’ll be with you shortly. The door hadn’t even shut and the lady in back was screaming “get out of the way of the door” As I sat waiting it was nonstop screaming from several people about people blocking view of the door. I had planned on 4 pizzas however they wouldn’t tell me a price on specials. It’s taken almost an hour to get the one large I did order. I don’t recommend!
