Called about a wrong order in Beverly Hills fl store and was rudely told sorry about your luck we will try to do better next time. How about some complimentary dipping sauce. Totally unacceptable.

We do like the pizza! Perhaps the people could be friendly and or helpful without yelling at you as soon as you walk in. This is the experience of going here. Not welcome to Papa John’s or we’ll be with you shortly. The door hadn’t even shut and the lady in back was screaming “get out of the way of the door” As I sat waiting it was nonstop screaming from several people about people blocking view of the door. I had planned on 4 pizzas however they wouldn’t tell me a price on specials. It’s taken almost an hour to get the one large I did order. I don’t recommend!

Son ordered pizza for me and it was ICE cold! Must have been by Air Conditioning in vehicle and could not find the house! Son is an adult and I am 83 so he was doing me a favor ! Then the driver called because gps took him to the Rehab Center on Brentwood Circle called my son for directions again ! What a shame cause I love your pizzas 🍕 Mrs Murray

I had delivery. I don't think I've had a papadia before today. It was REALLY good. The jalapeños bites also yummy. Parmesan garlic boneless wings were tasty!!!!

Never order on-line! Not sure what happens but delivery always takes longer than when you call and place the order. My order is being delivered by Door Dash as it appears that is who they have contracted with. According to my tracking, I had Anthony assigned to deliver. I now have Chris assigned to deliver. My guess is Anthony had to leave to deliver other pizzas. I placed my order at 5:33 and received it at 6:45.
