Since moving to Citrus County we sadly have been disappointed in every pizza place we’ve tried. But This papa John’s location has been Great each of the last 4 Times we’ve ordered. Food always hot fresh and made exactly the way we ordered it. Highly recommend.

It’s pretty gross how they touch and make the pizza barehanded. I don’t understand why they can’t wear gloves bare hands are full of germs, bacteria, and oil. Some people can pass Hepatitis A. It’s pretty gross. I saw an employee wipe the sweat off there forehead, another one scratched her thigh. I don’t think it coming here again.

We ordered our pizza online and are regular customers at this location my husband went to pick it up and sat inside so it would be fresh he checked a few times and they said it was busy and than it was I'm the oven can you believe they charged our card and never made the pizza ! He waited there over an hour and asked for a refund. The least the manager could have done was offer to make one at no charge.they lost us as a customer I wouldn't recommend this location. Besides that it looks dirty inside and out back through the drive thru window. We will not return

This is the 2nd time at this store w same problem. We called and man answering phone said this order was for Lecanto store, we ordered and reiterated that was at Lecanto store. Said yes and would be about 25 minutes. I went to pickup in 25 min. Girl said it was still in the oven, I said okay and sat down for 15 more minutes got and then asked another lady working there and she said they had nothing for me. She said it happens sometimes when call center gets the call. Well over an hour and no pizza. Their pizza is good but service you be the judge

Delivered 2 hours later. Didn’t get to tip the DoorDash driver 😕 found it outside with ants in it. Thanks ✌️

6/23/24 Warning: The app was recently updated. In the app the current limited time XL New York style pizza is pictured as a Pepperoni & Cheese but it is only a cheese pizza. The app doesn't have Pepperoni checked as it should be according to the picture so you will only get a cheese pizza. I called the manager who blamed me for their false advertisement & app error instead of fixing her company's mistake.
