We ordered a large pizza with half mushrooms and half sausage, holly cow there was a teaspoon of sausage total with One crumb size on each piece, the mushrooms were so thin they probably use the same mushroom for the entire night, we ask for thin and crispy or well done, it was well done but wet and rubbery, it's our first and last time for $23.95 we feel like we got ripped off with the skimpy $6 overpirced sausage and mushrooms what a joke... Hopefully the next pizza business will be better

It’s not bad food it’s just not pizza you crave. Last few times my food is undercooked and delivered cold. It’s ok when I don’t have time to make something myself but I wouldn’t say you will be left craving another slice. When they first opened it was much better. I think the one in Marathon is probably a better spot. However, do order and try some of their food it’s not poor quality just poor execution of the ingredients. Sorry for the negativity but I know they can do better.

Last couple weeks they've been bad. Driest , flavorless cheese burger I've ever had. Didn't listen to any instructions given when ordered. Portions are being cut and pizza wise seems to be stretching the dough and oily *butter* on knots ,so they probably should change their slogan .... especially for the price

Wait for a delivery 2 1/2 hours and when I call the first time they said my order was on the way and they just have 1 driver , 2nd time I called my ordered had just left the place . I understand the fact that they don’t have enough drivers, but if that is the case cancel delivery orders and dont play with a family dinner the night before first day of school !!!!!

I work a few door down from the Big Pine Location, Bridget and Rachael awesome. I order and they walk it down to my office for me so i don't have to leave. They are always in such good spirits and have the best customer service. The only think im not a fan of is, I have ordered in the evening from here and it is never right and seems like a lot of chaos going on when I call. I have also observed several times in the afternoon the employees acting in an unprofessional manner. All in all this is a great restaurant to have in Big Pine
They advertise in the RV parks directory as delivering to this location 11 minutes away. We call to order delivery and was told they do not deliver here. They also advertise as eat in the location so we decided to go eat in versus bringing it back to the RV. We get there and they do not have anywhere to “eat in” so we decided to just get it to go. So We ordered a 14” taco pizza and a 16” buffalo chicken pizza. The buffalo chicken pizza was decent but the taco pizza had zero taco flavor, VERY little meat (most pieces had one piece of meat and if you got luck it would have two pieces) and the tomato pieces were large thick quarters at about a half inch thick vs diced tomato's. We will not return and recommend others to search elsewhere for good pizza.
