I don't usually eat fast food, but heard burger king had new management so figured I'd give it a try. You can tell a huge difference. Food was fresh and you didn't have to wait a long time. Will be going back.

I was told Burger King in Blountstown was under new management, we went there to try it out, when I tell you it is a complete turn around from what it used to be. The food was great, cooked fresh, and you didn’t have to wait forever, the shift manager who was running the drive thru (Kobe) was so friendly and very attentive. Will be returning!!!

One of the weirdest experiences I’ve had in a restaurant. The lady who took my order was on her cellphone making a call- phone up to her ear while nodding. she was nice enough I guess but that was weird enough on its own
I went to the restroom and it was one of the grossest things I’ve seen. Rest stop bathrooms are cleaner. There were…. Let’s just say the toilet hadn’t been cleaned in a while- and paper towels lay thrown across the floor. I felt like i needed a shower after walking out.

We stopped here for lunch while traveling to Orlando. Right away, we were a little skeptical — the parking lot felt off and there were a few strange people just hanging around.
The gentleman who took our order was very nice and friendly (I wish I had gotten his name). Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of our visit. The restrooms were gross, the lobby was not clean, every table was dirty, and the drink station was messy.
Even more unsettling, the lobby seemed to be used as a storage or hangout spot. A man kept coming in and out with multiple devices charging, clothes and backpacks scattered, and at one point he took chairs outside. He was carrying a black case and later seemed to be getting ready to give himself a haircut in the bathroom — and the staff said nothing.
It honestly made us feel uncomfortable eating there. I’ve never experienced something like this before and it definitely didn’t feel clean or safe.

My local BK has had some issues lately with food quality and service but I decided to give em a try. I placed my online order for the your way meal and I gotta say it was probably one of the best if not the best fast food meals I have had in quite a while. The burger, onion rings and chicken nuggets were hot and fresh and my orange drink was ice cold and I also received all the condiments I requested plus the lady asked if I needed anything else and threw in some ketchup for good measure. Gotta give em a 10 out of 10 and AA++. I will definitely be back..

I visited this Burger King on today for the first time this year. The place was immaculately clean. The food was hot and fresh and the staff were friendly. I love that they were working as a team to get the order prepared. Everyone was engaged and appeared to love their jobs.

I have stopped here twice in the past 3 weeks going to PCB. It has been great 👍.The fries 🍟 have been 🔥 and the sandwiches are great. This is the best BK that I have been to in a long time. Keep up the great work.

Everything is a 1 because they take forever in here. They haven’t had sodas in the freestyle machine for a few weeks. They haven’t no internet so the app won’t work. You can’t use your deals or anything because of said internet not working. This is our last time having to come here so now I will leave the review. It gets worse and worse everytime you step in here. This is the worst Burger King we have ever been to by far. I am leaving without eating. One guy has finished his meal while waiting on the other two guys meals that were all ordered together.
