This place had some of the finest customer service that I have seen. They truly tried to make you feel at home even if you're a stranger. The one thing that I found a little disturbing was at 10 in the morning, the floors of this place looked like a herd of cattle had been through there. Also, the floor was very sticky, like they mopped the floor with syrup.
I travel back and forth from PC to Tallahassee so stop here occasionally. Let me say I haven’t had a bad experience yet, actually outstanding service. Foods always hot and fresh, employees are always friendly and service is quick.
Without going into too much detail, the service was very slow and we watched our food sit for a very long time. When we got our order, both burgers were wrong. I ordered a whopper junior with cheese and no sauces. My mom ordered a regular whopper with onions. My mom’s came out with no sauce, but she got packets to correct hers. When I went to tell them that my burger was supposed to have cheese, the cook said he would remake it for me. I accidentally said “no onions” instead...
