Never been to this location before however staff was super friendly and food was delicious ended up ordering the Mexican lasagna only complaint with it is the chips served underneath it gets soggy fast otherwise food was delicious and I have no complaints

In the past loved eating here. But today was my last visit. Before food was top notch today the food was blah absolutely tasteless. Very busy but service was extremely slow. I will not go back nor will I recommend this restaurant.

This place is trash. The food was not great. Service was okay but not the best. Me and my sister got the same drink and she was charged 13.75 for hers and then they charged me $15.75 for mine. Talked to a manager to explain the price difference he said it is what it is. mind you drinks usually cost anywhere from $10 - $15 and that’s okay but the same drink is crazy.

I really hate having to leave this review.? The first El Jalisco that I ever ate at, was in Eastpoint. It was SO good and I've been a loyal customer at the Blountstown location for year's. Since, they first opened, to be exact. Sadly, our last 3 visits to the Blountstown location were total disappointments. As always, the service and atmosphere were on point. This location has a wonderful waitstaff, always attentive and there is hardly a wait time on receiving your food. Add, the renovation of this location is wonderful. But, over our last 3 visits, the food quality has decreased significantly. The wait time, order accuracy and amount of food that you get is still up to par. They truly go above and beyond. But, the food itself, hasn't been as flavorful as it has been in the past. Anything that we've ordered with chicken or ground beef has had no flavor. We've debated back and forth and all agree that the chicken and ground beef tastes as if it were simply boiled without seasonings. My favorite, their chili rellano, was so soggy and full of grease to the point that my side's were floating in grease. Another favorite of mine are the flautas, were not only floating in grease and were tough from being over cooked. We have always loved eating here. But, after our recent third visit being another complete fail, we have decided to make the ride to Quincy to eat at Laredo Grill. No, we didn't complain. We simply packed our food, paid, left our usual great tip for the service and disposed of the food at home.
