I ordered a steak bagel!! It was stale! I could tell it had been made and sitting!! It had none of the slivered onions, none of the sauce! And the bagel was burnt!! Asked them to put my separate meals in different bags! They handed me the entire order and gave me extra bags!! I ask for separate bags because they pile EVERYTHING IN ONE BAG!! I said to the girl! Are you serious!? She then got pissed and threw them in the separate bags!!

The McDonalds employees in Blountstown should be ASHAMED of themselves! ALL tables were dirty, the customers had to wait forever on their food, they were rude and non professional when asked questions. There were many different disappointed customers there today.

Just like their ice cream machine they now don't serve espresso and you can't order any of the premium coffee's made with espresso this location is horrible. Its a get it and leave atmosphere.

We placed a pick up order, waited at the drive thru window for at least 5 or more minutes, only to get zero consistent response from the incapable employee working the drive thru. Finally just pulled around to the windows, having our order acknowledged and confirmed by the guy working the window. Also within that interaction we added and paid for additional items. Move along to the second window to pick up our food, were asked to pull forward and waited. And waited. And waited. Finally after who knows how long, it’s discovered the dense, brainless, dimwitted joke of a man, whom had confirmed our ordered, canceled it. For zero reason or explanation, other to display his uncanny value he most certainly must add to McDonald’s as an employee. I’ll learn his name soon and include it in this tactful review.
