Norris Smokehouse is hard to beat. Jena and Aaron always do an awesome job processing my deer—friendly, easy to work with, and they know what they’re doing. Everything is clean, professional, and consistently top quality.
Their smoked link sausage (medium spice) is incredible—great flavor with the perfect amount of heat. Organic meat going straight from the woods to the smokehouse to the table doesn’t get any better than this. I wouldn’t take my deer anywhere else.
