I wanted to order two footlongs for $13.99 as the coupon states for Subway but they do not allow any chicken or steak on the coupon. Chicken is the cheapest meat that you can ask for on a sub and I am appalled at Subway by declining my request for the coupon being that the coupon does not state that it excludes chicken breast as a request. As a customer that visits Subway on a regular basis I see that a chicken breast is not a festive chicken that is excluded from the coupon, so having my coupon denied by Subway in Blountstown, Florida is appalling to say the least. Coming from someone who made sure that Subway was on the list of DoorDash in 2023 please fix the problem Thank you.

No customer service, sandwich was so sloppy I had to take it apart and put it back together myself so it was edible. There was 1 person working and she didn’t put a single care into making the sandwich. This place has gone so down hill.

Do not waste your time or hard earned money at this subway. The food is awful, customer service is trash and the store is all around FILTHY!! The sewer is backed up in both the women’s and men’s restrooms. THE SMELL WAS HORRIBLE!! There’s feces in the toilet and the manager Katie Drew still has sandwiches being made and served to the public. The gentleman Michael making sandwiches was cursing (not only in front of customers but at customers)! He came in from smoking a cigarette and did not wash his hands..he washed AFTER something was said about handling food with unwashed hands. He did NOT have his long stringy hair pulled back and just had it free flowing all over the breads, meats & veggies. This place is a disaster!!

We stopped here for lunch while traveling to Port St Joe for Spring Break. We should have known to go elsewhere when we saw a sign on the door that said they were out of a few items. But our daughter wanted subway, so we decided to continue in. The staff was friendly and informed us right away that they were out of items if that was okay. They were out of multiple breads, multiple meats, and all but 3 sandwich toppings. They were out of all bottled drinks, and their soda fountain was out of all flavors but sprite and lemonade. The inside of the restaurant looked like it was falling apart. Other than this the customer service was good and the workers were very nice.
The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have EVER had at Subway. The short brown haired girl was training someone and she not only guided him but was very attentive to multiple customers at once. The only bad thing I could say if I had to is their ice machine was broken for drinks but she offered other alternatives for drinks. She needs a raise! 🪄✨✨✨💖

Drove 40 minutes out of the way from Marianna after ordering online. This establishment is closed despite the app and their online information stating they are closed until 10 pm. Either update your hours or get some employees that stay their entire shift. This is bogus.

5/17/2024 - SUPER friendly staff not only took my order, but took the time to ask how my day was going with a charming floribama accent. After a long day on the back roads, this was a huge boost. Once I was seated, I noted the same server was diligently cleaning and restocking the drink area. I noted that other locals were convening for chats. An elderly gent was sipping some sweet tea and the staff was more than happy to encourage him to stick around and rest before heading out. Keep it up, ya'll. I'll be sure to stop in next time my route takes me here. Much respect from Panama City Beach!
