The fro yo is absolutely amazing!! I come here very often. But sometimes when I’m come close to closing like 10-20 min before closing the employees have already cleaned up everything an almost give dirty looks when I walk in a little later than I planned. For the owners, I would suggest not allowing your employee to start cleaning up until 10:30pm hits. It would just make the experience much better. I felt bad that I shows up close to closing but getting dirty looks wasn’t very fun.
This is actually my favorite place, however, I prefer to eat food without chemicals in the air. Please have the employees clean at off hours. Sweeping as well.Chemicals are in the air!Still smells like lysol! Please fix this!!

Went there a month ago to check for a credit card that I misplaced the prior night, and the guys at the front desk went above and beyond to check for me, as well as gave me a student rate for the yogurt I got there while checking. Really top notch service.

After my experience at the Boca Raton location tonight I realized how poorly managed the NYC locations are. I assumed the fro-yo was meant to be a watery mess but after the seeing the perfectly frozen yogurt tonight I realized how wrong I was.The Boca location is immaculately clean and well run. kat and her co-worker tonight were so kind and helpful. Most of the time when you walk into a location within 30 minutes of closing, the staff is cold and ready to go home. Kat and her coworker were the complete opposite and made the late night fro-yo run so fun!! I wish they could go to NYC and show every 16 handles employee how it’s done! I will definitely be recommending this location to my friends and will come by whenever I am in town!

This place is one of my favorite froyo places in Boca. They change up the flavors frequently, the yogurt is nicely frozen and not runny, the topping station is usually nice and clean and well stocked, and the prices are pretty reasonable compared to it's competitors.

I have been a regular customer at this location, but my recent visit was quiet disappointing , it seems like there some major changes to the menu , the Vanilla flavor tastes different and the Chocolate fudge brownies were removed form the menu.the inconsistency of flavors concerns me , (probably a different ownership) now i have to look for another place to make my favorite.

I used to go to 16 handles multiple times a week while I was a student at FAU. The staff was amazing, the store was clean, and it was just fun to hang out there! Since I've been to 16 handles, I don't get frozen yogurt unless it's at 16 handles because the other places just don't compare. I went back recently and I am so incredibly disappointed with the change to the vanilla and they didn't even have chocolate fudge anymore! I am hesitant to return to a place that no longer feels like the familiar frozen yogurt store I used to love. :(
