2nd Street Deli and Bagels

Amazing location, even better food, with a happy staff waiting to take your order! This place is so cute, family owned and everything is fresh and delicious! I always look forward to my visits here. It’s my favorite local business in the area! Nothing beats the nova lox bagel or the reuben! Great coffee as well!! So many options! Thank you 2nd street!!

If you have a minimum of 15 minutes or more to wait for a bagel with cream cheese, tomato, and avocado, then you may not mind. The food is mediocre at best. The place is cramped and small. The sandwich came to $6.41 including tax. When I asked the girl at the cash register if my sandwich would be ready soon, she responded, "Yes, we are very busy." Meanwhile, the customers who came after me in line, at least three of them, got there food and left already. She had to remind the sandwich maker that she needed my order. It was obvious that my order was overlooked. There was no apology. I placed my order at 9:33am and left with my bagel at 9:50am. Needless to say, they are not fast food. Gotta wonder if the 4.7 stars reviews were paid writers or their friends. This place is more fit for retired peeps with no jobs, house wives, or a person with free time, at least in the mornings.

Only got the bagel's to go. I prefer mine with a bit harder of a crust/outside... if you're looking for those, these aren't it. And get their early, sometimes they run out of the popular ones.

I have noticed a tall blond woman who works tirelessly there. She is extremely pleasant and appears to be very organized. I have see here performing many duties. I come back with my friends because of her pleasant attitude. Plus the food is great!!

Literally impossible to get anyone’s attention - ordered on the phone it was a lot of “huh?” On the phone so I thought I had bad service or it was rush hour because he hung up on me when I wasn’t done - nope got there and the cashier was just busy talking w his friends cuz I continued to get a lot of huh? And my order was wrong - so I thought the sandwich would be amazing to make up for the awful service - nope it was normal…if you can make the drive go to sticky bun instead on Deerfield great service and brunch

Very disappointing. I ordered a Taylor Ham, egg and cheese in Kaiser roll. The roll was a poor excuse for a Kaiser. And it took forever to get. The bagels from Publix are better.

Definitely one of the best bagel shops in Boca. The staff is amazing and definitely try the Nova sandwich. Everyone here makes you feel like family. Still an amazing place since day one!!!!

I’ve been going there for years. Always a treat you’re missing out in life if you don’t try this place. You can’t help but find something You like on the menu, And you will love it. The staff is great, and goes over the top to satisfy every customer. The place will become one of your faves!

Stopped in for a Saturday lunch before the FAU football game. First visit and really enjoyed the pastrami ruben. The thousand island dressing coming on the side was great for dipping fries.

I've been here a few times since I found out about it and it's probably one of the best traditional delis I've found. The menu is full of things you'd never find in most other delis and everything is fresh and delicious! Staff is super friendly too. Can't recommend enough!
