My family and I had dinner at this restaurant for my dad‘s birthday. The food and atmosphere and service were absolutely fantastic. This is the second time that I’ve been to this restaurant. I absolutely love it. Our server, Mauricio was fantastic.

My family and I will definitely be back.

So disappointing. I had heard mixed things about this restaurant but wanted to try it for myself. We sat at the main bar for dinner, the bartender was new which is completely fine and understandable however the other person you would think would have been experienced but definitely not. I specifically asked if the chicken meatball had cheese inside it. The new girl said I am new let me check, she then asked the other girl who said no. I order it, it comes and first bite I said this has cheese it. The new girl then asks a manager, he said yes for sure. This is a cheese allergy and the fact is I asked so this was very bad. Onto the main course shrimp marinara, asked does this come with anything, they tell us over spinach we say great ..it comes, just a plate of 6 shrimp no spinach. We say something, they seem annoyed but sent over spinach and did not charge us. With this whole escapade not one person came over to us to say I am so sorry or how can we make this better. Place seemed dirty, they were not that busy but the service was truly terrible with very mediocre food. I will never go back and if you try it definitely sit at a table and maybe the experience would be better.

It's like going back to the best Italian restaurants on long Island here in Boca. Family style, noisy, fun, amazing food and service. Huge portions, everyone was walking out with shopping bags with leftovers. Bring friends with you to share.

While the ambiance was nice and service was good, this was bar none the worst Italian American food I’ve eaten in my life. (As an Italian American myself, I’m completely excluding authentic Italian food, which isn’t even in the same universe as this food.) Out of the multiple dishes that we tried, nothing came out that I would even consider average. For the first time in my adult life I nearly spat out several dishes. If you’re anyone with functioning tastebuds and some semblance of an understanding of Italian cooking, stay very far away

If you know what authentic Italian food is or even quality Italian American food is- this is not it. The food here is subpar and disappointing. The only decent thing we ate here was the bread. The large meatball appetizer was unimpressive, the Zuppa with white clam sauce was salty, chewy and below average , the ceasar salad is average at best. The eggplant parm was bitter AND undercooked. The chicken Marsala was slimy and the sauce was too sweet because the Marsala had not been cooked enough in the sauce. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. We ate here early and the place only had 4 other tables, so the food cannot be blamed on a bust kitchen. My adult son could barely eat the food and we literally left with a bad taste in our mouths after that chicken Marsala. We won’t be back.

The food here is delicious, and the Napoleon is absolutely amazing! Our bartender, Anthony, made the experience even better with his great service and personality. Highly recommend for both the food and the atmosphere!

I went to 388 for the first time on Saturday night. The food was fantastic and the portions were huge! Very reasonably priced. I will definitely go back
