818 Heat Hotpot & BBQ

Best hot pot resturant in florida. Foods are always fresh I always go here for my dinner. I only have one sugesstion that I hope this place can open earlier on Sunday at 12.30pm or 1pm so we can have lunch here. 2pm is too late...Everytime I wanted to go for lunch but I was so hungry and give up to wait...

It was good. Everything was fresh. Plenty of staff to take your orders. The spicy pork belly, garlic steak and garlic chicken were particularly good.

What I didn't like was everyone at the table had to order the same thing. This was not mentioned anywhere ahead of time. We went with friends and I had intended on getting hot pot but they weren't so I couldn't order hot pot. I've been to other hot pot bbq places and they allow you to order individually so that was a big disappointment for me. I don't see how it's any different than me ordering a beer and our friends ordering a Ramune soda (both extra charges added to the bill).

The grill is electric and also took forever to get hot. It's locked to a preset temperature which really should be higher.

So so so so good! From the minute we walked in, the man at the front was super nice and got us a table as soon as he could. The servers and bussers were all so nice and attentive. The quality of the food was amazing! Overall a great experience.

The atmosphere and service was great, but the *marinated* food was quite bland. It was barely marinated, the spicy meats weren't spicy but the vege options were on par.

I was so excited to try this place out!! I tried making a reservation through the website but it’s the wrong website. It takes you to an air conditioning website. When I first walked in and told the guy how many people it was for and how long the wait would be, he said “do you not see how many people I have on this list”. He was very rude but I waited because I heard great things about this place. We waited about 25 min and when we finally sat down, the waiters were really helpful and nice. The food was amazing and the experience was very cool! I would definitely come back for the food and experience!

It's not really for grilling.
Pork belly is better though
No ssamjang either.
No oil pan
I feel like I'll get enteritis from eating the meat.
The staff are friendly though

Terrible experience at this establishment. The service is nonexistent, yet they include automatic gratuity. They don’t take the time to explain how things work for first-timers. The food is overpriced, lacks flavor, and the place is very unhygienic.
