The golden standard for hot pot, the menu has all the foods you would expect from a place like this (sliced meats, self-serve veggies, beef bulgogi for KBBQ, etc) while having some more exotic choices like duck blood and even a small seafood selection. I tried the crawfish since it's in season by the time I'm writing this and unfortunately it wasn't the freshest, although everything else was.
