Chilean seabass marinated in a miso glaze and finished in the broiler, served over sauteed edamame, crispy sweet potato and a corn coconut milk sauce.

Seared salmon topped with a wasabi crust and served over a bed of sauteed spinach and a sesame miso sauce.
Truffle Teriyaki Chicken
A half chicken deboned and cooked under a brick till crispy. Served with a celery root puree and a black truffle teriyaki sauce.

Nori (seaweed) on the outside. Akami (lean tuna) inside. Topped with seared Toro (fatty tuna). Served with ginger, wasabi and soy sauce.

Had a fantastic dinner at AlleyCat. The 12-piece nigiri was excellent, the tuna especially stood out for its freshness and quality. The yellowtail yuzu roll was light and refreshing, and the wagyu dumplings were delicious too. We finished with the carrot cake, which was a perfect sweet ending. Loved the vibe and atmosphere, inviting yet lively, and the service was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing ambience & sashimi!!
Lighting is perfect, dim and pleasant.
Waiters are very attentive efficient and kind💫 I must say definitely one of the two highest quality spots for sashimi in South Florida🔥 I will definitely be back! What a hidden gem this place is 🙏☺️

The Sushi was great, but pretty pricy. We spent over $250 on just two people. Their drinks are phenomenal for sure. The server was great. We got their desert and was suggested to get the Capybara shaped chocolate fudge, this was horrible and ruined our whole experience there. $30 desert too. Didn't even eat the thing. We would appreciate getting credited for it.
