Stopped in on a Sunday evening with a friend. Had a large bowl, with naked tuna and salmon, brown rice, various veggies. The fish was fresh, and sushi quality. The veggies were crisp, and obviously recently refrigerated. The reasons for the five stars was not for the food, but rather the two workers behind the counter. The young man was polite and helpful when taking our order, and cleaned the tablet after every signature. The young woman preparing the bowls was obviously concerned about building the right bowl, and about keeping the preparation area clean. She was solicitous regarding whether we wanted more sauce.I will definitely return.

I haven't even tasted it yet but am very disappointed with their price point and the size of the product. This was $10.70 and it's super tiny. If you want good value go to the Poke Company. Good size for only $8!

For what it is - a clean restaurant that serves decent varieties of poké - Aloha Poké is a positive standout that deserves mention. First, they're *fast*. I mean, assembling poké bowls is straightforward enough, but it does take time, right? Here, it's fast enough that they have a DRIVE THRU. Wrap your head around that for a minute. But they don't sacrifice on choices for speed. You have rice and vegetable choices for your bed, and the sauces are marvelous. The proteins are prepared so you aren't limited to just marinated options. Even the utensils are packaged for stick users and fork users alike. And the staff are consistently polite and helpful. Recommended for two visits.

Been here a few times now, order online and pick up in the drive thru. I've never had to wait, has always been fresh and ready. I got the crunchy bowl with tuna and salmon. I like how the drop down menus make it easy to add or take away any items you may not want in a bowl. Definitely my new go to lunch spot.

Went here for the first time and was very impressed with the taste and presentation of the poke bowl. The process to order was easy and the employee was eager to hello you with advise. Will certainly be back.

Slow down...... even after I corrected the man making my bowl not once but twice. It’s still wrong. Nothing like getting all the way home to realize your food is wrong. Waste of money

This review is a 3.5 - We decided to get poke bowls for dinner and were excited to try Aloha Poke. The service was fast and the bowls were decent enough. We got a free miso soup with our order. The miso soup was definitely not your traditional miso - the broth was a lot darker and overall flavor was a little different. However it was a good portion size so if you're into it you might like this. I was a bit surprised to see that avocado was not extra on the bowl. However, when I got the bowl there were only two small pieces and they were SO HARD! These were definitely not ripe, on both of our bowls! The rice was also stale. We both ordered naked tuna poke bowls and that was fresh enough. Overall the bowls are are just ok. We are still on the hunt for a go-to poke place.

I'm very surprised by the negative comments. I've only had pleasant experiences here. Great, fresh food and smiling faces. On my way to pickup now.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I went to pick up take out at this location tonight at 730pm when I’m used to picking up at the St. Andrews location and didn’t realize this location had a drive through. I didn’t notice the sign at first saying drive through only. I knocked at made eye contact with the male employee who ignored me and then called (I even heard the phone ringing he didn’t answer). I didn’t have my reading glasses on so it was hard for me to make out the sign initially, once I did I drove through and the young male employee was so mean and disrespectful to me. He should really be ashamed of himself especially in a time like this with all that it going on.

Only one employee on shift and he was extremely rude to my wife. When she arrived to pick up our take out order, the door was locked, so my wife knocked on the door and watched through the glass as the only employee in the store completely ignored her. After several minutes, she called the store (she could hear the phone ring from outside of the store) and continued to watch the employee inside ignore the ringing phone. The employee inside never acknowledged her presence at any point, although they made eye contact several times - each time, he’d quickly look a different direction. Eventually, she noticed a sign out front indicating there was a drive through, so she figured she would try that. After being greeted by the same rude employee at the drive through window, he proceeded to insult her with rude comments and sarcasm before eventually allowing her to pick up our food. We’ve enjoyed the food from this place, but cannot stomach the idea of ever returning again after such mistreatment.

Me new favorite poke place. I wasn't super impressed at first but I think that is because their sauce flavors are not explained very well and I picked the wrong ones, samurai too sweet for me. Ponzu and spicy aioli are my jam. So tasty, the salmon is bomb.

Ahi tuna was chewy, and the skin-on julienned cucumbers were tough. Portion sizes are small, and the selection of toppings is lacking.

Worst experience. Go here if you want to be ignored, be served by rude employees & managers that don't care. And raw fish that's been sitting out for days is questionable. I ended up with food poisoning. Will never go back!
