This was my second visit to the restaurant. Our first experience six months ago was disappointing due to poor service, but the manager was apologetic and offered a round of drinks, so we decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, this visit was even more unacceptable. We arrived with a reservation before an event at the amphitheater. The hostess seated us on time but informed us we had only 90 minutes, as the table—located in a makeshift “courtyard” that resembled a storage area—was reserved again. This was unexpected, but we agreed to stay. After being seated, we waited over 15 minutes with no service. I approached the manager, who had to ask around to determine who was assigned to our table. Once the server arrived, we ordered immediately. She brought me the wrong drink, which I didn't complain about, but then disappeared for 45 minutes until the food arrived. During that time, we had no drinks, no water, and no silverware—none of which were provided until requested. When I asked for the drink I originally ordered, it never arrived. I later followed up with the same manager, who assured me the drinks would be brought out. They were not. In total, we saw our server only three times in 90 minutes. We were given two half-cups of water (while other tables had pitchers), the incorrect drink, no condiments I'd requested with my meal, and no follow-up from the manager as promised. Despite the poor experience, we paid the bill and still left a 20% tip. However, this level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

I came in by myself, but thanks to her warm personality and genuine hospitality, I never once felt like I was dining alone. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable.
Jaime truly stood out—not just for her professionalism, but for the way she connected on a human level. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in creating a great experience. She was a memorable part of my day, and honestly, I’d go back just to have her as my server again.
American Social is lucky to have someone like her on their team, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

We come to American Social often, late at night. Our favorite is the chocolate cake and the buffalo chicken fries. All of the servers are great. We have been served by Hannah multiple times, and she always remembers us and what we order. Love this place!

It was my first time going to mizner, and I approached the host stand to see the menu. I got greeted by Kayla! While browsing through the menu she was very helpful on explaining the great options the restaurant had. Im gluten free, and she pointed out all the available options:) American Social was very accommodating, and we had a great experience. 10/10, we’ll be back!!!!

My friend and I had such a great time! The music choice was fantastic for a Saturday night and they even had a DJ who accepted requests on songs, our waitress Kayla was very attentive, our overall experience was a 10/10.
