We were at American Tapas for a wedding dinner event tonight.
The food was so fresh and absolutely delicious. We got to taste many things on the menu because it was an event. Each new item came out perfectly timed. Not all at once and the dishes were plentiful and delicious. There was nothing cheap about their food. Everything was fresh and full of flavor.
We were served dish after dish. The wait staff were so accommodating and very friendly.
This restaurant is clean, new, modern, and a great place to go for couples, friends nights out or any night to be fun and special.
They have a full bar. They also have live entertainment.
The gentleman at our event tonight played guitar and sang for almost a full 4 hours.
How is fingers still strummed the strings and his voice didn't give out I don't know. But he was exceptional also!
Overall, this is going to be my go to place and I would highly recommend it .
: side note. The owner from Brazil himself is very involved in the dishes that come out and the recipies.

Just ate at this restaurant for the first time.We were a party of four, decided to do tapas and I must say everything we had was delicious.I would highly recommend giving this place a try, not only was the food delicious but it was affordable as well. Will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed this place. We had a couple drinks and shared some appetizers. We had the octopus, the dates, and the goat cheese croquettes. Everything was really good. My favorite was the croquettes. The restaurant was nice, we were there late so it was pretty empty. The service was great as well. We will be back to try more things.

American Tapas Bar has become one of my favorite places to dine. Their food and drinks are excellent. The service is always great, and I love that you can try a little bit of everything from the menu and not break the bank. I highly recommend everything off of their tapas menu. It is also kid-friendly and very cozy!

I was for a networking event. Awesome event with the exception of the a.c not working too well. Other than that, everything was pretty good. The food & drinks were great!

Despite booking a reservation, the entire main seating area and bar was booked for a party. We were pushed outside with little airflow and a lot of bugs. We tried to make the most of it but didn't feel like the restaurant staff was very organized when it came to reservations. If we had been notified of the change, we would've chosen another venue for dinner.

The food is OK, the menu is very interesting. The service is awful. I have been four times now, three times unfortunately had the same waitress, and it was just god-awful. Trying to get our food order in was an Olympic event, we had to track her down. Getting the check, took even longer, and the change almost never came and wouldn't have if we didn't ask for it. The other waitress was slightly better, but not markedly.

We loved our visit there. The service and food was wonderful. The AC was not working and it has been so hot here. The server did bring a fan over and that really helped. I hope they get the AC fixed and then we will come back!

Decor/service: nice and clean inside. The service was friendly and quick and the tapas came out quick as the place was basically emptyFood/drinks: big let down. We only got tapas.Chicken n' waffles: the chicken was fine. Not a ton of flavor but wasn't bad. The waffle was awful. Had a very off putting flavor 2/5Pork Belly: sauce was too thin. Pork belly was undercooked. 1/5Lamb meatballs: as a lover of lamb I was excited for this dish. Way to much sauce and the meatballs were dry. 1/5Goat cheese Croquettes: favorite dish we got. Cooked well with good flavor. The sauce didn't necessarily pair well with the croquettes but both had good flavor on their own 3/5Moonshine Apple Pie cocktail: great drink. Good flavor. Good mix of alcohol and accompanying parts 5/5
