Another Broken Egg Cafe

AVOID AT ALL COST.
Food is stale. Pancakes are old and bananas are so stale they are practically dry.
The grits are a shame. No taste. No soul.
The service was horrible. From the front meet and greet to the waiter - incompetent all around.
If you asked for no tomatoes on the inlet and it comes loaded with tomatoes - that is a red flag. We asked for bacon on a side for my husband’s food restrictions - bacon came on the top of the eggs. We asked for bacon to be on the side and the waiter just grabbed it and moved it to another plate.
AVOID. It is expensive and the food is garbage.

Me and my friends came to have some brunch. I had chicken waffle it was terrible! Chicken was very dry and the waffles tasted like Walmart waffles. My friend had the bacon burger also meat was dry, potatoes were soft and tasteless did not seem fresh. The waiter kept forgetting to bring us water and requested side order (it was a pickle never got it).i also got wet from the ceiling leaking water. Very disappointed in comparison with other locations.

I went here for the second time and I will say that getting my order in and out was much quicker than when I went on a Sat. My server was very good and attentive & the food was very tasty. I gave 4 stars because I wasn't pleased with the manager. My daughter noticed a long piece of hair was on her pancakes before she started eating so I notified our server and she saw that it was replaced with a new stack (thank you) I was displeased the way we didn't get an apology for the inconvenience or anything & I was standing right beside him. That was very poor management skills and especially being in Boca. It would've taken anything from him to just acknowledge the wrong and make the customer feel like you at least cared even if you didn't; it's called good customer service!!
Thank you again to the other wonderful servers/staff that was willing and ready to assist with ease.

I have the never been here before, the food was really good. The service was very poor. Server was just talking with other coworkers the whole time and only checked on us once, plus never refilled drinks. Was very disappointed.

Our service was phenomenal!! Friendly server Carla who smiled the entire time. Food was delicious!!! Cute breakfast spot that is a must try

Kid-friendliness: Carla treated the kids very nice. Commented on how friendly and well mannered the kids were. Our server treated them to a complimentary order of powdered donuts.

An okay experience. Food came out of the kitchen cold. Service was good. Our server was new, but friendly. He was still learning the job so he did ask others / manager questions to get us answers about the menu.

Front of the house needs work. Very disengaged and show no urgency nor do they make sure to look you in your eyes and properly greet you and say goodbye.
