The manager Enzo and the staff at this particular restaurant went over and above. I requested a rather large delivery to be made pretty much at 11:30 AM just as the restaurant is opening. Enzo, and the staff made every effort possible to be able to get the delivery to the doctors office at 11:45 AM. Because of their efforts the doctor and his staff will be able to keep to their busy surgery schedule.and enjoy a delicious lunch as well!

Roberto helped me out, this is my first time coming here and Roberto made me and my families experience amazing, he was super attentive, super helpful in suggestions and went beyond the extra mile to insure we had a good eating experience, will for sure be coming back!

There is a responsibility with a google or any rating. The number of stars should represent how well the businsess is serving their customers. Ratings are simply how well with this visit did I receive what I expected and were my expectations fair.

Recently I had a 5 star experience at Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza at their East Boca location. We always enjoyed ACFP as a great franchise experience that always seemed like a neighborhood pizzera. Though last Friday that was not the case. The pizza that we enjoy so much thin, crispy, great ingredients, a sauce that was more rustic than " off the shelf jarred that tastes like flavored tomato paste" was a 2. We were disappointed. Had ACFP gone rouge? Had fresh become frozen?

5 stars also reflect how well the owners and management handle a situation like this.

When later that night I called ACFP and spoke with Enzo(I had no idea that he was management ). Explaining my dissapointment in a thick under cooked crust. doughy, no crumbs (air pockets)and yes more like a frozen pizza. After a few more minutes of baker talk, he kindly offered a replacement.

Tonight Enzo was off and Roberto (also mangement) helped me.
I am happy to say about the pizza we had tonight is that "ACFP never left." Friday was just one of those bumps in the road.

BTW Roberto suggested that if I like my pie thinnier and crispier ask for it to be prepared "Golden Crust."

Nothing good about this place. I live nearby and it’s always police and fire department machines there. Alarms goes off all the time. Looks like disturbing criminal place. Do not recommend if you want to have some peace and not this trash.

In town for a long weekend and had the Paulie on Thursday. On Saturday we placed a catering order for our group. Great food. Wonderful friendly service! Roberto, the manager went out of his way to be sure our order was perfect and ready at the requested time. We will definitely be back if we travel to this area again! Thank you Roberto!

They made a terrible, burnt meatball pizza for me today. Tasted like cardboard. Some slices didn’t have any sauce with extra cheese, some were drenched in sauce with no cheese. My brother and aunt were adamant that I return it, it was that bad. I drove 20 minutes in total to pick it up and then return it.

All for the manager with long hair to trot in, not even apologize, and accuse me of dropping it and trying to get a refund. What a tool

They did refund me. With no apology and no care in the world.

I had the BEST experience at Anthony’s, the food was fantastic and the service was excellent. The servers answered all of our questions (and we had many), and the food suggestions made were perfect. Overall it was an excellent experience and we will be back very soon!

absolutely the worst service the bigger guy wouldn’t even check up on me and my friends we had to get a hold of someone else because he just in the back chilling we were pretty much the only people there then at the end he was very rude i don’t know how he even has a job ! then he had the audacity to get mad when we didn’t tip he says u guys r funny ? my friend asked about the garlic knots and he says there garlic knots we never will come back to this location the other locations were much better

You can’t go wrong at Anthony’s!

Some great dishes - Eggplant Marino, Broccoli Rabe and Sausage, chicken wings.

All of the pizzas are baked in a coal-fired oven, the crust is perfect. Highly recommend the eggplant Marino pizza and the Cauliflower pizza. Don’t forget the dessert, usually very limited choices, but delicious.

They also serve beer, wine and spirits.

Outdoor dining available.

Lots of free parking, good location on US1.

Parking: Parking lot located behind the building, there is a Trader Joe’s across the way
