They are not reliable. Even if you have years of a working relationship with them, place your catering orders in advance, confirm with them, they will deliver hours late or forget about your order. I gave them many chances and will need to take our business elsewhere. Our erev Yom Kippur meal was scheduled to be delivered by 1:00 PM today.
