Oy vey! I was there this morning & they would not honor the sale price for J&J Sour Cream that is on their website & in the Aroma app. They said the sale price was for just for the ones that were about to expire that they threw out. The new ones they just got in would be regular price. So is the sale price being shown on their website? The manager said she doesn't know how the site gets the prices but they aren't real. Who treats customers this way!!

I usually don't write reviews. Let's start with this past Hanukkah. Bought 1 dozen Jelly donuts and they were horrible. Dry and not passable for company. In this instance I had the receipt but decided to let it go. Fast forward to this past Monday and spent $140.00 on Brisket 1 was 8lbs the other 6lbs. Cooked them in the usual fashion and the Meat was below grade . This was in preparation for Passover. My recipe always allows for freezing my DELICIOUS BRISKET. I am now sourcing brisket and will start all over again (9hrs prep time)I will never purchase from Aroma again. The prices don't match the quality.

I usually try to avoid this place—not because of the food and product selection, which is actually quite extensive—but because the customer service is consistently poor. I called to ask about a specific wine. I spoke to the woman at the front, who might be the counter manager or someone who oversees the store. She transferred me to someone else to answer my question. He put me on hold, and then she picked up again and told me they had the wine. Based on that, I drove all the way there—only to find out they didn’t have it.
When I asked what happened, the guy I originally spoke to said he didn’t get a chance to talk to me again because *I* had hung up on him. That’s just false. I never hung up—she picked up the phone again and gave me the wrong information before he could get back on the line.
Honestly, she’s rude, dismissive, and acts like she just wants to get rid of people. Whether or not she’s the manager, her attitude is terrible, and it reflects badly on the whole store. They may have a great selection, but I won’t be coming back. The customer experience just isn’t worth it.
There have been other issues with the customer service but no sense to write novel .

Love this place! Great variety of kosher products, fresh bakery items, and top-quality meats. The store is spotless, and the service is excellent. Definitely my go-to market!
I’ve never written a bad review when there were not enough registers open and the line would take forever, or when I overpaid for meat or when nothing was prepared to be served at the bakery BUT today was ridiculous. These aren’t pizzas in these boxes… they’re $50 worth of pastries my husband brought home because they were out of normal containers. We’re going to a friend’s house for kiddush and there isn’t even a sticker showing it’s kosher or from Aroma. I tried calling 3 times b4 writing a review and no one picked up. Now I’m going empty-handed to our friend’s home because this is too embarrassing. GET IT TOGETHER AROMA! You’re too expensive to not have your act together!
Would’ve been 1 star but I love the cashier with the nails too much!

Absolute garbage customer service. You all have some of the worst, most unhelpful people working there. Ive spent tens of thousands in the years I have shopped here and having trouble getting a refund on 2 miniscule purchases of spoiled meat. Next time I will do a complete chargeback and not bother with these unhelpful people. How dare you keep my wife there waiting on you for 45 minutes!! This is unacceptable and beyond rude.

Thought I would update my review after I heard back from aroma. And by the way thanks for the response! I couldn't find any lox in the case where the Nova and other similar items are kept. I asked five team members and none had any idea what I was talking about. One of them was actually brought over to me by one of the people in the butcher area and I was told that she was the expert. She didn't know either. Unfortunately I still don't know if you carry it in the retail area.
It's unbelievable that a kosher market doesn't know what Lox is.
