I went to return some unopened snacks at Aroma and the black woman manager gave me a very hard time there. She knows nothing about customer service and should get a job somewhere else! I had a receipt showing the proof of purchase and gave me a very hard time. They don't take anything back that is purchased there.I will not buy anything there with that kind of store policy!

It's great for quick pick ups and premade foods for dinner. Kosher of course so prices are higher but not bad. Bakery looks good too!

Very nice local store for healthy food. Im not Jewish but I go there for the most fresh still warm pita bread. Love to be able to get Mediterranean food thats not available in most stores. Friendly staff and clean.
I’m a loyal customer here (spend $15,000 - $20,000 + or more a year here easily) & last week one of the foods I purchased didn’t make it home. I may have left it on the register or in my basket when I left the store. I called & was told they’ll refund me the $12 (that’s all it was, but out of principle). Today when I went to purchase my usual Shabbat foods, I spoke with Debby for the refund. She outright refused, saying she’s not responsible once I leave the store. I explained that I’m a regular customer. She couldn’t care less, saying everyone is a regular here. Ultimately I had to find the owner & she told her to refund me the $12. I run a small business too, and we treat all of our customers like GOLD. If you come to Aroma, come for the food and some of the nice people behind the counter, & Danny & the owner. But just know that Debby couldn’t care less about you. She made me feel like to her I’m a piece of garbage & I should just pay & get out. Very poor customer service. Shame on you

Beautiful Kosher market. Great selection of fruits & veggies, nice deli & bakery, freshly made pizza & sushi. The meat is Kosher Bet Yoseph (Sephardi Orthodox hechsure. The only negative: it's just as expensive as every other Kosher market ?

The new bakery was worth the trip.We bought lamb and beef and chicken. What a variety of kosher wine and wine from Argentina, all good. Stocked up on the frozen garlic and ginger. I gave 5 stars even though the fruits and vegetables prices are not clearly marked.We need an Aroma in Sarasota.
